Copley Place is a very convenient shopping destination, especially during Boston’s freezing winters. It’s directly connected to Back Bay Station and two hotels, which makes it easy to access without stepping outside. The mall features mostly high-end luxury stores, though it felt a bit empty. We stopped by Café Nero, which was nice and had plenty of seating — a comfortable spot to warm up and relax.
Copley Place Mall in Boston is cool but it’s definitely more of a high-end mall. A lot of luxury stores, nice and clean, feels upscale, but honestly if you’re not trying to spend serious money, you’ll mostly just be looking around. It’s not really a spot to hang out or browse for deals. The location is great though — right in Back Bay and connected to the Prudential Center, so you can walk around without even going outside, which is clutch in bad weather. It’s usually pretty quiet, not crowded, and feels more like a designer showroom than a regular mall. Overall, it’s nice, polished, and convenient, but not for everyone. If you like luxury brands and a calm vibe, it’s solid. If you want energy, food courts, or regular mall shopping, this probably isn’t the place.
Plenty of high end fashion brands like Luis Vuitton, Dior , Jimmy Choo , Gucci , Versace etc etc . I expected much more footfall in this mall on a Friday evening but seems like people are not buying luxury products these days.
We visited from southwest Virginia and there is no better location in Boston to stay while you are there! Near plenty of restaurants, transportation, and historical sites.
Located in the heart of the city, this upscale shopping destination features luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Tiffany. It also houses an on-site Marriott hotel and the Yard House restaurant. Hotel guests receive a $20 food and drink voucher, along with a complimentary pass to enjoy panoramic views from the nearby Prudential Center.
It is a high fashion mall… very expensive stores… not many places to sit or rest… only thing it’s good for is to pass through and stay warm/dry in unfavourable weather. Music can be very loud sometimes… thy are playing holiday songs now but it is usually club techno music…
Great Mall and Classy. My only gripe is that they turn off the big Escalator from the Dartmouth St entrance every weekend which forces folks to climb about 200 stairs. Not sure if this is to save money for entrance to a Mall where a handbag costs $3k. Doesn't make sense.
