⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice Spot for Fishing and Relaxing! Ocean Inlet Park is a great place to fish and enjoy the water. The fishing here is decent, and it’s always fun watching other people cast their lines. I even saw a guy throwing a cast net — really cool to see in person! The park has nice views of the inlet and boats and is a relaxing place to hang out or take a walk. Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy fishing or just being by the water.
I went on a Monday morning so it's quiet and not busy at all. Lots of shades to park the car under. No life guard or playground but a nice place to have a picnic, listen to the sounds of nature, and watch boats sailing back and forth. It has an observatory deck one level up from the restroom.
What a great find. North of Ocean Ave and the Paying parking lot for Boynton Beach there is a beautiful inlet with a park and beach access and....lots of free parking and clean restrooms. I loved being able to go out on the pier. A little windy that day but totally scrumptious. I bet it would be great for sunsets.
Where has the sand gone? There were lots of Portuguese Man O Rays at this beach. Parking and bathroom facilities were available as well as a shower. Theses pics were taken at the beginning of December 2025.
My wife and I stopped here for about an hour on June 16, 2025 to walk around a bit and explore. The last time we had visited here was about 15 years ago, and we were pleasantly surprised on this recent visit just how much they have improved the public facilities here. There is now a nice-sized parking lot that's free (a rarity anywhere anywhere in South Florida these days), new restrooms and outdoor showers, a much improved boardwalk along the south side of the inlet, as well as a newly rebuilt south jetty that just out into the ocean about 100 yards or so. There is also a small sandy beach on the intracoastal (west) side of the park where the kids can safely swim without getting pounded by big waves. You can also cross the bridge over the inlet on foot and explore the north jetty and beach, and they also have additional parking that is mostly used by fisherman. Overall, this is great place and my only gripe during this visit was the vast amount of seaweed that was washed up on the Atlantic Ocean side beach across A1A from the parking lot. It does not look like the city or county is doing anything about cleaning it up, so it makes swimming in the ocean here not very fun. It was not as bad on the beach inside the north jetty, so if you plan to swim in the ocean here, that might be your better option.
Beautiful beach park. Family setting. Good place to catch sunset. People were swimming there. Not too crowded off season
Used the kayak launch for paddle boards. Maybe not the best area - not a ton to explore right around here, but parking was easy and was accessible enough. The PADL rentals look very accessible from here as well.
