So I did this one back in 2024 and then once again September 2025 and have nothing but good comments on it. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. The departure has been on time and there's more than enough space for everyone on board. Weather was beautiful both times so we were able to watch one of our beloved and amazing Buffalo sunsets. There's enough parking space right outside the boarding area for the boat. The 2h the dining tour last fly by real quick but it's also enough to have some great views of the city before and after the sunset. The food was served at different times on each trip (not sure how it works yet) but it was yummy: salad with dressings, pasta, green beans, meat grilled chicken and cookies for dessert. There's a bar and drinks are reasonably priced as well. All in all, this is an experience that I would definitely recommend for anyone that wants to see Lake Erie, our sunsets and have a nice dinner. The tour was $165 for 2 people last year and $179 this one so considering it's a boat ride and dinner $90 per person (2h tour and food) didn't seem expensive at all.

We just had our wedding and I can’t say enough about how incredible the entire experience was. From the very beginning, the team was helpful, truly committed to making everything perfect. Jenna, our coordinator, was absolutely amazing—organized, supportive, and so easy to work with. She guided us through every detail and made the process stress-free. The day of the wedding was everything we hoped for—elegant, romantic, and beautifully done. The staff on board were professional, kind, and attentive. And of course, the captain was wonderful as well. Everything came together seamlessly and created memories we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for a unique, beautiful, and stress-free wedding venue, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It was everything we needed and more.

Went on a history cruise and had an amazing time. The boat is beautiful, tons of indoor seating, and areas to sit outside. The crew was friendly and welcoming. Mike who narrated the tour was great. Tons of interesting info and fun stories and facts mixed in. A great way to spend a few hours and learn about the grain silos and river. They also have a bar with reasonably priced drinks.

I celebrated my birthday on the Grand Lady Cruise with 22 of my close family and friends. We all enjoyed it, the cruise, the staff and the food was amazing, the music was perfect. I called a few times regarding information and each person I spoke to in the office were so kind and knowledgeable. We all agreed that we would do it again. Since we had a big party we were able to eat in the room upstairs which was air conditioned. The scenery was awesome. The staff was kind enough to cut my cake and serve it. What great customer service. Thank you for making my day even more special.

We had such a nice time on our murder mystery cruise. The murder mystery itself was very entertaining, and the food was perfection. We even got the catering information because the food was so delicious. Thankyou for giving us such a fun night out

WOW! We had a group of 20 people and picture perfect weather. We reserved the upstairs for our group of 20 people on a plated dinner cruise. The staff onboard were super attentive and made sure we were taken care of. In the office, Jenna was outstanding to work with. Our night out was 100% a positive experience. In large part due to the weather, but equally due to the staff. The food was good. The music was great! Thinking of doing an entirely private charter for next year. This was not our first time on board. But it definitely was our best. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful night out on the water. Kudos! We really couldn't have had a better result. This boat ride was super easy to book. It was a beautiful sunset boat ride, along Lake Erie on the Fourth of July. It was the perfect way to end the night. We had a wonderful ride and got to see fireworks from all around the water’s edge.
