Don’t expect an ounce of professionalism or good customer service, even after spending thousands of dollars on bottle service. I booked the DJ booth table weeks in advance for my birthday, and the attached email confirmation said to arrive by 9PM— the bouncer argued with us and would not let my group in until after 10PM. When we were finally let in, we were told that we would be seated at "any table upstairs." When I said we booked the DJ booth table specifically, the worker said that all the tables were open right now so that’s fine, it doesn’t matter. It appears that my reservation may have not been respected if that table were doubled booked. I even emailed and messaged the vendor to confirm the details of our reservation and did not receive a response. Further, as we were leaving, the staff was yelling at me and my husband to get out over and over as if we were doing something wrong, but in reality we were very much trying to do just that. Very uncalled for. The DJ was the only positive of the experience. Disorganized operation and horrendous customer service. Do better.

The atmosphere on Reggaeton night was really fun. The neon lights and lasers kept the dance floor from being too dark, and the crowd was very positive. The bar service was very responsive, and the security staff was kind and helpful.

Everytime I come here, I remember why I love it. The dj's are awesome. The music and the people are awesome. But it's not until last call that I remember why I hate it. They close a half hour before their scheduled time. They're very strict on when people leave. I couldn't even go to the bathroom before they kicked us out. They advertise a time but they don't stick it. Just be warned

As mentioned in another review here, the staff at this establishment are completely unprofessional and engage in criminal behavior.. I visited for the first time with friends about two weeks ago on a Saturday night. Upon arrival we were told the cover was $20 for men. I was with my husband, so we handed the card over and paid. Two days later we see the amount we were charged for was $43.83, $23.83 over the amount we were told. It is clear that staff members are tipping themselves AFTER charging customers and without their knowledge or consent. This also happened to the other couple we were with. This is an illegal practice and needs to be stopped immediately. Since then, I have emailed and called with no response. Had we been showed the tip screen, we gladly would have tipped but pulling this kind of stunt is criminal. If you do plan on visiting, I would recommend asking them to show you the tip screen if they don't and checking your receipt right away. If there are any issues resolve them right away because they don't have any customer service channels. I shouldn't have to spend a fun night out worrying about whether I'm going to be scammed.

Personal trainers, bring business cards, you’ll leave with new clients guaranteed. Bartenders and bottle girls are amazing and keep the energy high all night. Definitely not a place for a quiet night out. Shoutout to Denis at the door, always takes care of people.

$20 cover charge if paid cash or $23 with card for men but women get in free before 11. That's a big stretch - bouncers outside by the line is terrible and he's pocketing the money. Music is basic and not the same as before.
