Big Chico Creek Access

Good place to launch kayaks and other small vessels to get to the river. That’s it. It gets very shallow in some spots. The parking lot can be risky to park in from what I’ve herd so don’t leave anything valuable in you’re vehicles. That goes for the whole river though. Definitely not a swimming spot! Lots of trash in the water and in the banks.

Quiet place to put in small craft or take a short walk.

Cool spot. Very active ecosystem. Easy access to the water.

A little loud with bridge traffic next to the access but you can land some large mouth bass here

Beautiful little picnic area. The launching ramp is somewhat difficult to maneuver because of the curve in the ramp and a 4 " piece of metal that seems to always catch your front tire.

Really nice location for a morning walk or a picnic. Picnic tables are available near the dirt road loop.
