It's a great park in the heart of Clifton. Right next to UC, it also serves as their parking lot so look for pay stations or get a long term pass. Has disk golf, small pond for fishing, has a nature center, and a very nice variety of scenery for photos. Great in the winter too!

I lived in Clifton by Ludlow Ave and went to Burnet Woods daily with my dogs, on a run, or just to "escape" the city. The park itself is really beautiful, but it’s a bit tainted by the people who frequent it. There’s normally a group of people who sit by the fountain near the entrance of the park who will not hesitate to make unwarranted comments or stare at you if you are a woman. Those same people (and others) leave their needles, clothes, and trash around the park. I’ve seen it firsthand. I will never forget seeing used needles right next to the trail. It was a reminder that although it can be a beautiful park, it’s still in Clifton. The park is at its best in the morning. There is a heron that is always there, and the morning dew makes it look like a movie scene. I would not advise going there really any other time of day, ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN. Also, UC ROTC does training there, so you’ll randomly see people in gear walking through the woods, which can be a little weird and off-putting. Overall, if you live in the area or are already visiting I’d definitely recommend it. However, I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit.

I’ll never forget my first time at this park, it’s where I fell in love with the love of my life. It was sunny, breezy, beautiful out. Laying out in the sun with not a care in the world, it was perfect. Then within 2 years later I found myself homeless at this park, abandoned, alone, lost and empty, multiple attempts at offing myself here too. Spent many long nights crying on the rocks up at the front of the park; writing songs and missing my old self. It was a rough couple years but everything for me worked out a few years later, but I still go here to remember the good times and also to never forget some of my darkest days. This park is magical, it has something deep running through it, memories to become, memories to fade, and some to never go away .

Burnet Woods is a popular park located in CUF. Despite the lack of a dedicated parking lot, it still attracts many visitors, including students from the nearby University of Cincinnati campus. The park offers a mix of paved trails and nature trails, with several areas temporarily closed for restoration. Despite this, people still flock to Burnet Woods to take advantage of the park's beauty and attractions, including a bird watching spot near the nature center building down the stone slide. Whether you're looking for a leisurely stroll or an adventure into the heart of nature, Burnet Woods is definitely worth checking out.

So cool to have such a large wooded area in the middle of the city. Really pretty and typically deserted.

Burnet Woods is a hidden gem that people often overlook due to its size. It’s a great park with a small lake, nice walking/running trails, picnic shades, fishing spots, BBQ grills, and just a place to relax in that busy neighborhood. Right across the street from University of Cincinnati and Good Samaritan hospital. It’s also close to the public library. This beautiful little park is a spectacular sight in the Fall.
