Tesla Supercharger

I use this supercharge often especially during off peak because it makes charging super cheap. Well now they have increased off peak charging by 4 cents per kWh which has now added an extra $4 per charge session. This is not something that should happen when they don’t do anything to upkeep. The WiFi that’s supposed to be available doesn’t work, superchargers are out half the time. And are super slow Edit: 2/14/26 yet another rate increase

Charging speed is always super slow, around 60kw at 40%, basically half of the normal speed. Avoid this place and go to the supercharger at Loveland Meijer.

Several stations were out of order and charging rate was restricted so it took nearly an hour to charge from 20% to 80%. Fortunately I needed some shopping so I walked around to Kroger while I was waiting. Glad I wasn't in a hurry.

We Tesla owners near Norwood f tired of this high pay on charging here and it's f slow for over 3 months ya not doing nothing to fix this f problems f shame if you want charge go to harrison Ave or ky smh

9:20 AM on a Saturday. 1 other person was here charging at the time, but on weekdays it can be pretty busy during the rush hours. There are some orange construction barrels in a bunch at the edge of the parking lot and the parking lot surface looks to be recently resurfaced with fresh paint lines. I didn't have any issues getting to the stalls. I also cannot say that I have any safety concerns. I just wish it would charge faster. It was charging at 93 kW with the battery at 60%.

Incredibly sloowwwwww - time for them to get an upgrade. I’d only depend on these if you’re desperate and have 90 min to get 60-70% charge. Only one other Tesla charging at same time 107 mi/hr avg

Tesla is telling me this locations charge rate is set to be limited. Maxing out at 50kw. I wish they would show this in the Tesla app. I would not have stopped here had I known.
