Such an enjoyable and festive evening aboard the Lady Atlantic! Thanks to Meghan Christian for organizing our private holiday party. The food was flavorful and nicely presented. Thanks to the entire crew for creating a memorable event! Professional, organized and accommodating - would definitely do this again!

We had the most wonderful experience on this amazing yacht. The narrated tour was full of interesting details as we melted into the sunset. The vessel is nostalgic and nicely appointed with gorgeous mahogany wood and three levels of space to enjoy the views. The crew was friendly, efficient, personable and accommodating. Austin, Dylan, Nigel, Kerry, Madison, Marissa, and Jessica were all standouts with a keen sense of customer service. With a delightful menu and full bar, our experience was top notch. Highly recommend an adventure on the Lady Atlantic. You will not be disappointed.

If it wasn't for the ship captain/tour-guide, I would give this a one star. The problem is in the organization. There is no crowd control and it's ridiculous. People line up early, wait in line, and then others come up on the side right before launch and take all the good seats. All it would take is some signage, or a rope to stop this. It certainly starts the cruise off with a bad taste in your mouth. Next, we went in to sit outside at the back of the boat and were specifically told by the attendent due to fire laws we could not move chairs to the front, as a result, we sat at the back. Ten minutes after we took our seats, an entire family of about 20 pulled the very chairs we were told we could not move and sat them in front of us in three rows, with the same attendant watching the whole time. They literally blocked the entire area and created a fire hazard to the point that people could not get by them. The problem is that all the attendants I saw were very young, probably early college years and simply did not communicate or gave out conflicting messages. A few tinkers to the administration would elevate the event to one that was pleasant and did not leave folks pissed off.

A modern boat with a bar and optional lunch items. The narrator provided interesting facts about the towns and residences that we passed by. The second deck has fewer people and comfortable chairs along with the bar. The third deck is outside seating while the first deck seating is inside and can get crowded. the service does not run in August but is available other months.

Had a reservation for an evening cruise that I was excited for. Unfortunately, the other people waiting ruined it for me. Who wants to be be on a cruise with a group of bullies for 2 hours. I waited for 40 minutes before boarding and had a seat along the concrete wall where there was availability because there was no line designated area nor benches. The group of people were harrassing me that they are first to board. I didn’t want to board at the beginning anyhow. There is plenty of room available for everyone on the boat. I don’t like confrontation so I didn’t go on the cruise with those group of bullies and the cruise administrator understood and did give me a credit back on my credit card. Just be aware of who will be on that boat with you and if you can tolerate them for 2 hours. It was a bad experience for me and don’t think I will try to go on this boat again.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary on the Lady Atlantic yacht. Everything was perfect. The staff, service, food, professionalism, music, DJ was great. We would like to thank Megan and her team for a truly memorable time during lunch which made our day so special. Guests had all praises for the staff. Thanks so much Megan for keeping everything in control and organizing everything from booking till final day so beautifully!!
