Mike & Chip at Capt. Cruise & Crew have been phenomenal! I have continued to use this travel agency because they work tirelessly to ensure their customers are always cared for. They are always available for any problems that may arise. An example was when my flight was cancelled at the end of a trip to Mexico and my resort was fully booked. I called Mike and he was able to get the resort to find a room and he found me another flight home. My last two trips: to Ireland; and a month later on a NCL Cruise to Bermuda. Mike booked the Ireland trip, planned the entire itinerary, car rental, hotels, excursions, things to see. My wife and I traveled with our mothers. Then Chip booked the cruise to Bermuda, very relaxing and effortless travel. Mike is now working on our Greece and Turkey trip. It is a top notch travel agency with staff who really care about their customers!

Captain Cruise & Crew was great. We booked our wedding honeymoon through them and we were very happy with there service. From the booking of the trip, until the end of our trip. We had a small issue with our food during our trip due to a food allergy and Mike called the resort and handled it accordingly and got it resolved very fast! 100% would recommend Mike & Captain Cruise & Crew with your travel needs.
