El Monte Transit Center

Large amount of homeless people. Some just sleeping on benches, others walking around being crazy. It’s not a very safe environment. They have security but they just drive around and did nothing. There was a broken sprinkler that almost wet people. It was shooting straight up in the air. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. If the built in self cleaning ones are out of order, there are porta potties that smell bad. As for the bus service, there’s quite a few that go all over.

A lot of homeless, smoking especially weed & drinking alcohol. Other than all that, easy to get around & find the bus you're going to take. There's a bay map & times on the screens. Can also see the times on the Transit app

It's cool just that when you look for a bus it's hard to find the exact bus you need and it needs to get timelines for the buses so you know when they are gonna come that would be great and more restrooms and a 711 would be great where the greyhound was perfect

A bit-over-the-top intermodal transit center. I needed to be in Claremont by early morning, and so I rode my bike from Arcadia to catch the Silver Streak. I made it in time. Glad there were toilets, I think they're the ones that auto clean- however those work. They seem to work ok. Bus came soon thereafter. Yep. 'Nuff said.

First time here. Our bus was supposed to come at a certain time and didn't. We stood around waiting and watched like 15-20 busses go by until ours did. Got on the bus, and the window kept opening, making old inside on the freeway.

Omg! This place has changed so so much! Was kinda hard looking for my bus, but had to ask questions, and some buses are not posted, I got confused the 2nd time, but it great that I can ask others and the bus drivers are so kind, just shows how long it's been since I last visited many moons ago

It's was alright the buses are pretty nice some of them come with wifi and built in chargers others come with cool commodities like above seat- compartments to reading lights
