If you don't have super high expectations and don't take anyone here, who does...This is actually a super great park. It has one of the most amazing views around the whole Puget Sound, as far as parks go. Especially considering the easy access, practically right off Mukilteo speedway and parking is steps away from a beautiful sprawling grass field. There's a good deal of open space and then a nice area of shady grass, spotted with tall evergreens! This last visit during the past week proved to be the most rewarding visit for us to any park (With the intention of flying a kite ) basically ever... I was able to sit on a picnic blanket while my small child flew a kite by themselves, which we hoisted to the air with one try The location at this park under the shady trees and the wind for that time of the day made perfect kite for flying conditions. If you're looking for a structured place for your kids to play, you would want to head down to the Mukilteo Beach Park or somewhere else with a play structure. This park has none. As far as bathrooms go, I don't remember. Haven't noticed any. But maybe there's a porta potty? I'm sorry I don't recall at the moment. They do have a few horizontal parking spots when you first pull into the parking lot. In case you have a trailer, you might be able to take those.

Harborview Park is a nice spot with beautiful views of the water, making it a great place for a walk or a relaxing break. There’s plenty of open space, a playground for kids, and a few picnic areas. It’s a good place to watch the sunset or just enjoy the fresh air. The park has a laid-back atmosphere, and parking is usually easy to find. It’s a good option for a casual visit, whether you’re alone, with family, or just passing through.

Beautiful park. This place has a great view and THE BEST sunsets. Parking is easy. There is even a little trail that goes over the train tracks to the beach. I love this place. It’s also dog friendly.

Beautiful park by water. Walking path is mostly dirt, okay for a walker or wheelchair. Grassy areas good for picnics and benches that gace the water. Didn't see restrooms aside from a porta potty... If you're willing to do a little incline, not with a walker or wheelchair (larger rocks), you can get down by the railroad tracks and walk along the water. Great spot! Recommended.

I’ve got to say, Barbour View Park has become one of my favorite little spots in Everett. The main thing that keeps me coming back is the view—seriously, it’s amazing. You can just sit there and look out for a long time without getting bored. The whole place feels open and spacious, which I really like. There’s plenty of room to walk around, stretch out, or just find a quiet corner to relax. Parking is usually super easy, which is a huge plus. On really nice sunny days it can get a little busy, especially with people stopping by just to enjoy the scenery, but most of the time it’s pretty empty. That’s honestly part of what makes it so perfect. You can show up on an average day and feel like you’ve got the whole place to yourself. It’s also a great spot to take a break and grab lunch, especially if you just want a calm place to sit and get away from everything for a bit. There are a lot of places you can just chill, look out at the view, and enjoy the peace and quiet. It’s one of those parks that doesn’t try too hard—it just feels easy, relaxing, and kind of underrated. If you’re looking for a place with beautiful views, plenty of space, and a laid-back vibe, Barbour View Park is definitely worth checking out. It’s become one of those spots I keep recommending to people because it’s simple but has so much going for it.

There is not much at this park. Just a parking lot, a grassy area with a little walking trail, a few park benches and a couple of garbage cans.... But the view is SPECTACULAR!!!! 🤩💕💖😍💞💗 Because of the view my family and I love to come here all the time and at least park and enjoy the view. Perfect for cold days when the weather is too yucky to get out of the car. 😊👍 This park is especially beautiful during the "golden hour"!! 🌅😍💕

Great spot to enjoy your coffee, have a picnic, set up a volleyball net, take a hike down to the beach below and enjoy the views of the Puget Sound, Everett Waterfront, Jetty Island, Hat Island, and Mt Baker. Someone commented that there was views of Rainier and that's incorrect. It's Mt Baker, not Rainier. If you follow the trail to the trees, they are the perfect hammock trees so don't forget your hammock. You can follow a trail down to the beach on the north side of the park or you can also find a trail on the south side that takes you to the gravel road. Or you can just walk to the gravel road and take it all the way down. The Northside trail is pretty easy so I recommend going that route to get some shade. My phone died before I got to the beach so I will have to come back and get some more pics.
