super secure, felt comfortable leaving my belongings here. staff was super sweet and helpful, made everything a breeze. would 100% recommend if waiting for cruise/flight and want to spend the day in Fort Lauderdale.

Fab, efficient service, no issues whatsoever! Coffee wasn’t the best, but the sandwiches and cakes were amazing! (Loved that there were GF and vegan options) Would recommend grabbing a bite after/before dropping off/collecting your bags.

Great location to leave your luggage when you come off a cruise ship. Lots of waiting to put in and retrieve your suitcases as focus is on serving cafe customers. Great coffee and food, overall I would recommend this service.

Very happy with the place and the service. It is close enough to the port that it is walkable, however the Cruise Terminal 2 at Port Everglades, located at 1801 SE 20th Street is definitely the close one. This is counter intuitive but SE 19th st is many blocks away from 17th st, while 20th st is only 1-2 bloks away. That said, its closeby if uber or taxi and then they have many shops to visit if you have shopping to do or want to grab a bite to eat.

Almost perfect. The Techy site is five stars, with very friendly staff that makes you feel at home. if the App had a simple button to just extend the storage for an additional day, that will grant the App 5 stars.

Got off the cruise and headed straight to drop our luggage at Bounce! Great experience would highly recommend! They are in walking distance of the water taxi and shopping!

Needed to store luggage for eight hours between getting off of a Disney Cruise and going to the Fort Lauderdale Airport. These folks were fast, well organized, friendly, and super convenient. It cost less than $36 to store two large suitcases and three large bags. Plus, there are several playgrounds in walking distance as well as an indoor play gym and restaurants and stores right across the street. We were able to entertain two children, eat lunch and dinner, and take an Uber to the airport - painlessly and inexpensively. I never knew about Bounce before but I'm sure I'll use it again! (I learned about it through a recommendation from chatgpt.)
