Celebrity Cruises- Terminal 25

Just back after a 7 days Caribbean cruise on Celebrity Eclipse and absolutely loved it! Top notch service that makes you totally pampered from rooms to dining room service! Already planning a family reunion in 2027 to Alaska. It was lovely seeing family reunions on cruise and missed my family so much! It’s great way to be together with parents, siblings, grand children and spend some quality time with them without worrying about anything else in the world! The best part is everyone has their own space and activity to do as per their liking and can be altogether for evening meals/ entertainment etc . The best holiday ever! ❤️

The Reflection is a beautiful ship! 15 decks, many with various activities all throughout the day. Staff was friendly and mostly accommodating. Needed to ask for extra towels multiple times, but aside from that, our cabin was always refreshed. The food was AMAZING! The buffet filled with delicious offerings all day long. The Opus Dining Room staff were truly the best part of the experience. Ayu & Robi were our waiters and we couldn't have asked for a better team. Every part of each dinner meal was spectacular. Loved every minute of the 3- day cruise from Ft Lauderdale to Key West and Bimini, Bahamas. Definitely recommend!

Our first cruise was on Celebrity Reflection just three weeks ago and it was very smooth. Couldn't feel the waves. Our cabin cleaner was very pleasant. Every person on the ship was very pleasant. The buffet was full, clean and food was great. The main dinning room was beautiful, food was prepared excellently and wait staff was 5 star. The activity areas were very beautifully decorated and not over crowded. I toured every deck and it was very clean. We were impressed and will go on this boat again.

We’ve just finished a 7-day Caribbean cruise with Celebrity Cruises cruise and it was an amazing experience! This was our second cruise with Celebrity, and once again we absolutely loved it. The service is outstanding, the restaurants are excellent, and the buffet is very good with a huge variety of choices. The ships are beautiful — we sailed on Celebrity Ascent and Celebrity Xcel, and both were amazing. The level of service really makes the difference. We love Celebrity Cruises and we will definitely come back again and again.

Very sub par cruise. We paid for 2 Concierge Class Veranda Suites, plus drink & WIFI package. They should have been top of the line. One cabin was p retty nice the other was very tiny & basic. Getting the robes, towels & water was a nightmare. Getting the shampoo, conditioner & body wash was like pulling teeth. Our cabin Steward would fill our bath accessories like an Oz at a time. Food was great, we all enjoyed the food & atmosphere on the ship. Boarding was fairly smooth. All in all I think I’d choose a different cruise line next time

They Lost luggage after arriving early. Made us walk what seemed like a mile or more to the right terminal. The dining room was crowded and food was small portions and not the best quality. Shrimp was sticky. It was either old or going bad. Sirloin steak was not the quality of meat for the price. NO refills on soda. May not return to this cruise line.

I love this terminal. Easy to depart and return. The facility has restrooms and is pretty clean. My cell signal was a bit poor when attempting to request a Lyft ride, but the taxi service from there was really good. I didn't test the Wifi at the building or rideshare area, so maybe next time that would be another option.
