We just returned from a Regent cruise in Europe, from Lisbon to Barcelona. Penny Stafford at Keene Travel did an awesome job planning this for us. A few months after we booked this trip, she was able to get us significant discounts plus a two-level upgrade. She also was able to get us a lovely hotel stay in Lisbon the night before we sailed, plus transfers. Our D level suite was so roomy. The food, service, and entertainment on the ship was outstanding. We plan to book our future trips through Penny after this experience.
