Southeastway Park

Huge acreage, no entry fee, 2 kids playgrounds, ample benches and covered gathering areas. Walking/biking trails in hefty supply. Great for sports, cookouts, a spirited run or biking through twists and turns on good quality pavement. Highly recommended.

Southeastern Park has become one of my favorite places to relax and spend quality time with others. I’ve had picnics there with my classes, celebrated birthdays, and had casual hangouts with friends — every visit has been a good memory. The park is peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Watching the sunset there is especially calming — it’s one of the most beautiful and peaceful views you can get. I also love bringing a book and reading under the trees or taking a long walk to clear my mind and release stress.

Anytime of year, this is a great park, trails and paved walk ways with nice playgrounds and plenty of areas to sit

I always love this park. Even the drive into it is so beautiful. If you have family that it's hard for them to walk, just drive them through the park and they'll still have that park experience. When I pulled in today, there was a family getting the fall pictures, swinging hands. I felt like I was pulling into a Hallmark picture. And dont be alarmed but the squirrels are pretty mischievous. One went running from me and hid standing behind a tree, then peeked his head out to see if I saw where he buried his treasure. He eyed me until I left. lol

Best park ever. Lots of walking trails. Extra playground for kids and adults and family for picnics, soccer, freebie and any other outdoor activity.

Amazing park! Great for a smaller trail hike, lots of paved paths and a pretty full loop around the whole park. I can go here multiple times and my scenery will be different each time. Well maintained, pretty popular on the weekends.
