This is the RV lot at Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio California. Nice place to spend the night. Has 4G 4 bars Verizon signal. Excellent buffet !

Previous reviews seem manipulative. The restrictions, fines, selective enforcement, and harassment is toxic and chaotic. Friendliness is a facade, and a plethora of gossip runs wild. It is managed like a military camp and surveillance is against members and renters intended to spy on them everywhere on common grounds, but security for members is ignored. Buildings and infrastructure are old and breaks down constantly, large assessments are surely to issued. This park is not what it seems on the surface, buyer beware.

I love this park. My parents are residents here from October thru March every year. The property is well managed and maintained. Five minute walk to Fantasy Springs Casino!

Walk to: high end clothing shops, out door & in door concerts venues, private dining for groups, dining at fun spots or a romatic spots! All listed here & much much much more! Very privatey & pretty surroundings in this gated Happy Wanderer (country-club-like) gated community!

Very active 55 + gated community

My wife, Peggy, and I have spent the winter season here for 18 years and couldn't have found a better place. If you are active people interested in pickleball, volleyball, swimming, golf, hikes, billiards, bowling, and wanting to get involved in a host of creative endeavors like oil painting, watercolors, wood carving, wood working and more, this is the winter place for you. If you enjoy good restaurants, casinos and live theater, you'll find them in the local community. Oh, and by the way, hope you enjoy lots of sunshine in the winter!

i have never been here but boy would i love to be able to move here...this place sounds perfect..wonderful. when i read that they dont allow pets,,,,i was like..omg.... perfect. where i am now,,dogs will bark all day and or night. so at this place here i wouldnt have to worry. you have the most perfect place,,,if you really and truly dont allow pets..meaning dogs,,please keep it that way. it says two hundred a month for hoa fees though and im on a very tight budget and wouldnt be able to do that and its a shame,,,if fees were alot less i would move there in a hot minute.keep up the good work with no dogs allowed,,who knows,,,maybe i willwin tons of money so i could afford the fees.... and thank you for having a wonderful place.
