Wonderlust

I had an absolutely amazing experience and will definitely be returning! The staff was super friendly, the drinks delicious, and the entertainment phenomenal!! I went on Harry Potter night and the attention to all the little details made my geeky heart happy. Thank you for helping me celebrate my big 3-0 in the geekiest, most fabulous way ever!!!

Typical small town gay bar with plenty of booze but limited beer selection - your typical national nasty brands. Bartenders are nice and professional except for the one girl who got drunk while working and kept making people's drinks with a lit cigarette either in her hand or hanging out of her mouth. The DJ sucks to be honest. This is a gay bar. You'd expect good, gay bar dance music. Not here. They play ghetto booty music and rap. It's also located in a very bad part of Jackson. High crime. But there is a security guard present.

I wish i could rate it zero stars. A real dump i travel all over and i must say for what they charge for drinks and door cover that building should be in way better shape. Plus the employees are rude as can be my limo driver was sitting with the limo out front and more than one employee caught attitude and made him move the car even tho he is sitting with the limo Waiting for me to come out. You can tell there is no class whatsoever with the establishment and the horrible entertainment. Needless to say i Will never enter that place again. I reccommend to everyone find a better place to go. Wouldnt take much for someone to open a better place up and put that place out of business.

They say it's a gay bar, but not really, it's more straight then gay. So it's split in half as in half gay and half straight bar. The drag show is alright. But not as great like the ones Memphis or Chattanooga. Puls this place is not always open, which am not surprised, the ones in Memphis stay open 7 days a week from it depends, from open from 1 p.m. to 3a.m. in the morning. But I think the best service at Wonderlust is the bar tenders.

The bartenders are good.. BUT THE DJs??? They play the same music all the time! It's like they don't even care if anybody dances or not!

Best little spot in Jackson! The bartenders.. great.. owners.. PHENOMENAL..The DJ’s and entertainment.. HELLO LOVELY! Forever will they have my business.
