Lakeview motel

If you are looking for frills I will admit this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a longer term stay because you're new in town and house hunting then this is. Rates are do-able if needing temporary place to lay your head. Mike and Laura are so very kind and friendly and get to know their guests. Pets are welcome and they don't charge an extra fee. If staying more than one night they have weekly house-keeping; my dogs didn't don't allow strangers in when I'm not there so I didn't get to take advantage of that and did my own, But Miss Barb is very friendly and kind enough to leave me the mop outside my door. Again, this was only because of my preferences, other guests had more stranger friendly dogs. The floors are tile which is great if you have pets. This isn't the type of place that usually gets posted on here, or the kind people tend to look for on sites like this. But I moved to town and needed a less expensive place to live while I found a house. They treated me well and deserve to be bragged on. I hope this helps.

It's not in the best area of Lakeland but that doesn't detract from the place at all. Rooms are clean, the hotel is quiet, the parking lot is well lit and it has WiFi and cable. I've been here for 3 weeks on a work trip and it has been a pleasant and predictable experience. The room is incredibly affordable at the weekly price point and the owner/host is friendly and cooperative. I'd recommend this place for anyone traveling on a budget and definitely for work travelers.

Woke up to the maintenance man staring at me through my room windows. I immediately told the Indian lady at the front desk and she argued with me that I was lying. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR LADIES OR KIDS. SEEMS VEEY DANGEROUS!!!

How are you going to charge a 1,000 for something that looks hideous and this is not a 5 💫 hotel or a suite this is a nasty motel

It's pretty good for the price. Owners are really friendly

Spent time with BAE real nice and big rooms. Should be a lil cheaper bc everything is old but was ok for the weekend.

The owner is always rude! But the rooms are clean and it's reasonably priced
