Excellent Carnival Cruise Line experience! I contacted their customer service through the hotline provided. After finding them near me, I saved their phone number for any future travel questions. They are truly reliable and professional.

Very nice & clean facility. This was our first time here and all the employees were very helpful and nice. Lots to take in, see and take pictures of. I was worried about not being able to breathe in a dome, but it was cool inside, bathrooms were big and clean.

Just finished a lovely 3 night cruise to Ensenada on Carnival. It was fun. Lots of activities. Straws were had to come by so bring your own. Also having a lanyard for your card wiuld have been handy too. The rooms were cleaned everyday but they didn't always give you water.

For any Carnival cruise, the customer service is key. I found many departures near me. I dialed their phone number and hotline to ask about the kid's club, and they gave me great details.

This service is absolutely fantastic and highly professional. The prices are very affordable, and I will definitely reach out again.

Bf and I had the Long Beach, to Catalina Island, to Ensenada, Mex. Back to Long Beach cruise. One of the 4days was at sea. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Savanna, was the cruise coordinator. Funny lady, knowledgeable, very outgoing, helpful and very attentive to details. Made, was our room stewart. Sweet fella, drops everything, to attend calls quickly. Very attentive. Quick response. Knowledgeable. The cruise ship was full of events, all around. Bingo, trivias, clubs for ages 13+. Mini Golf, ping pong, billiards, casino, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, water slide, bars, 24hr food services, performances, DJ, and interactions that involved us, paying customers.
