McDermott Reservoir

This is a really nice park surrounding a reservoir. There is a pretty steep hill with a beautiful view at the top. We saw a family of 4 deer walking through the field! There is a nice path around the water and a few steep paths up the hill.

Great place to get outside and catch a good view of the city. My only gripes are the bugs in the summer (from the water) and the occasional smell from the water treatment plant down the roadm

This is the best place in Lowell if you want to get sunrise and sunset pics. Noone really goes here so it's always quiet and peaceful. Sometimes in the summer people walk their dogs and in the winter since there is a big hill kids go sledding down it.

It's always serene up here, to reflect, get some exercise, take your pets and watch the sunrise or sunset; which was my reason for posting but I was a minute and 39 seconds too late for it! This is life my friends, I still got some nice shots and some tranquility...and we will see what tomorrow brings...hopefully this 🌇 or maybe this 🌃...????? 🤔😁👌🏼💙❤

An interesting place to visit in Lowell. I can see it sparking some inspiration or a desire to lay down in the grass. Just watch out for broken glass, or bring a blanket. Free street parking BTW.

A large open space at one of the highest spots in the city. There are fields and walking paths. When the air is clear you can see some of Boston's tall buildings.

Great place to take your dog for a walk, or cat in my case! Be considerate, please clean up after yourself!
