The owner is the sweetest lady who was very accommodating. The facility is clean and with options to rent towels and use the changing room, I will always return to Luggage Lounge during my south beach visits. Wonderful stress free experience!

Great experience! Was not able to book online (website was not working). But staff helped me in person. Very friendly. Super convenient location to South Beach and lots of great places to wander. So grateful for this service. Price was by the day per bag(depending on size).

We came in yesterday to check if they will be open today at 8:00. They confirmed. Now 8;12 still nobody is here. We booked a tour at 8:30 so we gladly found a bounce storage 2 doors away!

Utilized this great service on Sunday December 21. Santiago was at the desk. Super nice young man, polite, and friendly. $24 for a checked bag, a carry-on bag and a 30 L backpack. Thank You!

We were getting in from our cruise and had time before our flight. I didn’t get her name but the girl with the avocado tattoo was AMAZING. She was so sweet and kind. I felt their pricing was reasonable and had no questions about my stuff being safe. 10/10 recommend!
