Carnival Cruise

Overall it was a pretty good experience. Carnival had definitely stepped up on customer service. Celebration Key was beautiful, but the rest of the island even better and cheaper. The natives are so nice and everyones in a good mood. The ship was great. Plenty that kept my 9 year old occupied. The babysitting options are awesome. I would definitely recommend going on one in the off season less people. Rooms are cheaper. Get the drink package its worth it. Plenty of dining options included.

We had an amazing time aboard the carnival magic. There is 3 people who absolutely deserve to be mentioned. I Nengah our stateroom attendant, knocked it out of the park! Tamara Zarembova, she took such great care of us at the bar, anticipating the drinks she knew we wanted. Sreelesh Thiyyancheri, our favorite guest services associate, this man went above and beyond for us numerous times during our stay. These people are the core reason we will continue to choose carnival cruise line. These 3 people know hospitality, and deserve a raise.

Had an awesome time on Horizon. Food was not the greatest but Music was great. Yes they played " boots on the ground several times throughout the cruise and fans was popping. Also other Southern Soul music was played as well. No problems at all with entertainment. Comedy shows were packed every night every show.

Recently went on my first cruise on Carnival Horizon with a group of friends. We had a blast. Some of the food was a hit or miss. Steakhouse was phenomenal. Ji Ji Asian kitchen was good as well. Our dinner attendant treated us like we were an inconvenience for him. He faked being nice and attentive the night before our last night on the ship. My room attendant was friendly. My favorite places on the ship were The Alchemy Bar (mixologist Catalina is a gem!), the Serenity Deck, and the Redfrog Rum Bar. There was a bevy of kids and teens. We didnt have any issues with them running amuk. The elevators were confusing to operate at first but eventually we got the hang of it. The MDR had the best key lime pie I've ever had and I don't even like KLP! I also enjoyed some of the activities offered on the ship like karaoke, trivia, and 80's and 90s theme songs for example. Overall I would book another cruise in the future.

My wife and I have taken multiple cruises with Carnival over the years and have had nothing but great experiences. I think Carnival does a great job. the service has always been fantastic, The different ships are very cool, there is a great selection of restaurants and bars. Love the 24 hour room service option. The entertainment is outstanding and there is always great activities for the whole family. I like the great photo ops throughout the ship each day and the casino, shops and restaurants are very nice. We are starting to plan our next adventure and of course we will choose Carnival again!

Carnival Celebration was Absolutely the most fantastic cruise for our Anniversary 🛳! We loved every port. The food & entertainment at the main dining hall was epic fun and all the people who worked on that boat were kind. Remembered our names Top notch customer service 👌

Carnival needs to get rid of this ship. It’s so old and is showing its age badly! The excursions are the only thing that’s good about this cruise. The young kids in the ship (teens) are OUT of control. They literally make noise all night, all the way up until 3 am screaming and banging on doors. I felt sorry for everyone who was on this ship and many people complained and expressed how badly they wanted to get off. Carnival needs to enforce some policy for parents who don’t want to parent so that the kids can be managed. The staff on the ship were amazing and very helpful. They are overwhelmed and overworked like all the others, but they keep a smile on their faces and do everything to make you feel at home. Just sell the ship Carnival and make better policies that will be enforced to keep unruly guests in check so the other passengers don’t have to supper while stuck on a ship in the middle of the ocean with crazy folks. 💔
