Royal Carribbean symphony of the Seas. 🥳🛳️🚢

We just spent 8 nights on this ship and had a wonderful time on board. The food was plentiful and really good. Our stateroom was spacious for the three of us with a good size balcony on the 9th deck. Everything looked so clean and new. The staff was top notch, so ever friendly and went beyond their way to accommodate us. We love Aireen, our stateroom personal "housekeeper". She remembered everything and we never had to ask her what we needed, because it was done and without using the cruise app. The only thing is that it was difficult to make a reservation for the main dining room at the time we wanted, so we ended up eating after 8:45 pm for most nights. We eventually canceled our reservations and ate at the Windjammer instead, but we were charged anyway. It would have been nice to have more outlets in the room. There were lots of activities for everyone and we enjoyed them all. We reserved our excursions a bit late, so we didn't have the best ones (our fault though). The app was not the best to use (in our opinion) because we had to locate some information and didn't know where to find it. The pools were always crowded during the day, so we would go at 5:00 when everyone had enough. There was a ceremony for the military members and veterans on the promenade which was really nice to see. Overall, we had an awesome time and we will definitely go back.

There is no better cruise line. Great service at every level. Made great friends along the cruise. There are indeed only three specialty restaurants but they are all awesome. The bartenders, especially at the Boleros bar, Myra, Eddie, and Lionel were a delight. I've traveled with several cruise lines but this was the best cruise I've ever had.

This cruise was amazing. The ship's stateroom was spacious. I shared a balcony room and was impressed. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is much to do aboard and an overflow of food and drinks. I loved that they had an American diner- of which I was able to get milkshakes as part of the drinks package.

Freedom of the Seas is a great ship. The amplification it underwent years ago have added new places to eat and drink along with activities. Rooms are spacious, but could use more than the two outlets they have. The staff is great and enjoyed the main dining room food. The windjammer is good for a buffet and El Loco Fresh is a Mexican place on the pool deck you can grab food. Would definitely consider cruising on Freedom again.

We took a 4 day cruise on FOTS and had a very nice time. The crew members we encountered on a one-on-one basis were great. They went out of their way to make sure our needs were taken care of. The ship was beautifully maintained. There were issues however with rude and intoxicated passengers that crossed the line. When this occurred, the RCI host that was present merely looked the other way. Nothing was done to confront the perpetrator. We also observed some that looked too young to drink, too. On the app, and in email, we were bombarded with spam pushing RCI's drink packages. Unfortunately the result of these promotions was the bad behavior we observed and a negative to what could have been a perfect cruise. For that matter, all the upsell content on the app was ridiculous. My tip is to enjoy all the things on the ship you've already paid for. It's enough to have a really good time. The food, entertainment and ports of call including the private island are all very enjoyable at the base cost. The cruise fare and fees are already very high. None of the extras that come at additional cost are really necessary.

This is a wonderful ship with excellent attentive staff. The showers are exceptionally good! All bars, restaurants and entertainment venues are decorated to a high standard.

Amazing cruiseship, sailing quite a few times on it, and we had greatvtimes, beautiful design, good food, very nice and respectful staff, good shows, my granddaughters were having their balls definitely 🌹🌿
