Mobile Cruise Terminal Parking

Parking was excellent. Quick and easy. The port itself needs some work. More money needs to be distributed to make access easier the twenty different roads you have to go down to access the garage I heard more than one person complain about on the cruise. The police were excellent and maintaining the chaos of the cars. If mobile wants to keep a cruise terminal here funding is going to have to be layed down to work on the access and building a bigger parking garage. The parking itself was easy it was just the hour in line waiting to get there going down every side road by the docks. You can do better mobile.

There are no signs for the parking entrance. As of Dec 6 2025, Google map leads to the exit, not the entrance so just be aware of this when using Google map. The unloading area was uncoordinated as was the transition from unloading to the parking garage. The garage fills up quickly so plan to get there early. Also, be aware that the parking spaces are a bit tight in case you'redriving a large vehicle. We had to let everyone out of the vehicle before parking.

The fact that my bags were unloaded soon as I pulled in the parking garage earned them 10 stars. The workers made the process smoothe and stress free

CRUISE DAY....WHY is parking not open until 10! Especially when it was supposed to be open at 9 (per the police). Absolutely the worst port I've ever gone out of. I haven't even made it into the terminal yet!!

It was very easy to get on the cruise ship from this thermal and to leave the thermal to get into a car and drive home.

This is the parking structure for Msc cruises (Terminal 10). Easy to find and easy to park. BUT there are 3 entry lanes, the entry points having self service points that you have to pay for your parking stay before you enter. My 3 night 4 day cruise was $75. The problem was that the other cruisers were possibly not prepared or had no idea how to use the machine. Either way at peak time you could take up to 45 minutes to an hour to enter the structure, park and then check in.

Not enough parking in garage. Forced to park offsite..20-30 minute wait for shuttle. Unorganized terminal. The line to get back on the highway was probably an hour long - no movement.
