Nothing quality about this Quality Inn. I would give it zero stars if it was possible. Booked this online but it's nothing like the photos on their website. |Checked in the staff was friendly, went to the room 412, opened the door and it immediately smelled of mold. It was not cleaned and was just truly nasty. Could not stay. Checked out and walked across the street to the Holiday Inn. Do not book this hotel!! Took some photos and they don't show how bad it truly was.

I have stayed there for a total of 5 weeks on 3 different occasions. First time had a great room and when I left I reserved the same room for a week later, upon returning the room was allegedly booked although it was never occupied during my 3 week stay. The second room was also good, When I left the second time I also pre booked either room for my return. Was told they were both booked and given a smaller room as they said they were full. Which was a lie. There were maybe 5-8 cars on a nightly basis. The final room was filthy, AC/heat didn’t work correctly, lights burned out, table ready to fall apart, door wouldn’t close, and had to fix the shower head from spraying across the room. After a shower I walked to the bed and my feet were black, went and washed feet again and used a wet towel to shuddering the bed, it was disgusting. One night the was a fight in the parking lot for several hours and nothing done, Several times my room smelled like weed. Walking to the parking lot there were rooms with broken windows, kicked in doors, blinds open and rooms torn apart. I confronted one gentleman who’s a resident lurking around at night in the unlit walkways. Breakfast was also disgusting and half the time the coffee machine was broke and no milk or juice. Never in a million years

I wish I checked this hotel on Google first. I booked it with my travel points through my credit card official website. The pictures looked way better than the Google ones and the good reviews were at the top. The location was great. I was able to walk everywhere and it's basically in the city center. That's the only pro about it though. It smells like a cigarettes and a hint of mildew. I had 3 seperate rooms on a 2 night stay. The first room the key card wouldn't work, the second had no lightbulbs (and the front desk was going to give me lightbulbs to put in myself as if I worked there 🥴), final room left the bottom of my socks black with dirt, had a loose toilet seat, bent up ironing board, fridge didn't work, and I was still missing a light in the fridge/microwave area. Front desk staff was very friendly and seem to be doing their best with what they have. But I've slept in tents in Afghanistan with better accomodations and cleaner floors.

Although the location was great the stay was a nightmare. Day 1 we got locked out of our room at 9am. They said they had someone coming to fix the door.. fast forward. We didn’t get back into the room until 6pm or so. Not to mention the cops got called. Guns drawn while we were outside on the balcony because there was nowhere to go. Thanks goodness it didn’t end up in a shoot out. We did watch a guy get tased 2 times and the cops all had guns drawn while going in. Then we got charged for parking. It’s free when you stay. I called left massages for the manager to call me back. She wouldn’t answer. Wouldn’t call back. I finally had to reach out to the corporate representatives to even get any answers. This was by far the worse hotel stay I’ve ever had. This isn’t mentioning the sheet were gross. For the most part the staff on hand were friendly. Come to find out they wouldn’t change the battery’s in the door. That was the problem and it took all day to figure it out. Good luck if you stay here it may just cost you your life….. Why respond here???? You did nothing when we called? They wouldn’t even answer the phone!!! Do not act like you care online when you do nothing in person!!!

Very old hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly but the TV didn't work. Curtain shears were torn. The writing desk was sunk down in the middle. The night stand drawer was crooked and didn't close completely. The a/c/heating unit was so high on the wall, I had to stand in a rolling office chair (yikes) to change the temperature. I won't be staying here again. The staff says they have heard of plans for renovation but friends have told me they have been saying this for years. In my friend's room the plaster was falling off the ceiling and was on the floor. Why wasn't that cleaned up before they checked in? There was a nice microwave and mini fridge in the room. However the coffee maker was so filthy, I cleaned it thoroughly before I used it.

This hotel is in a wonderful inner city location. Walking distance to most of the downtown restaurants, shopping and parks. TV only works on about 4 channels The rooms are dated but clean except the floor The floors in our room was out right dirty . I spilled some water and in cleaning it up the town was black and dirty. The staff is friendly and helpful and we felt safe and the free breakfast was good

Jesus help me understand this experience. My background is hospitality and I love making people's day and would always go back to hospitality if I needed. I am at a lost to explain this experience because the entire time she never smiled once. So I tried to cheer her up and ask how was her day and have some small talk hopefully to make her day better if it was bad. I only felt the I was bothering her and not once did she smile. She checked me into the first room which did not open. I had to go back downstairs to notify her. She checked me into the second room and it opened but there was water and mud tracks all over the floor. I go back to the front desk and she give me another room. No apologies just complete non chalant. Here is your room 105. The rooms smell like mold and like an old house that has collected dust. I sit on the bed and look at my phone. Why am I seeing the hotel charging me 5 times. FIVE TIMES! I go back to the front desk to notify her and she tried to refund it only to end up charging me a sixth time. The entire time that I was there I spent it talking to customer service and dealing with room issues. When I asked to leave the hotel she said that I was there more than 30 minutes and she can't refund me per policy because ive been there longer than 30 minutes. I tried to plead with her that I've been here back and forth with the room issue and on the phone with customer service. She didn't care! I truly try to have grace because in today's climent we all might have something going on but God I'm lost for words about this experience especially seeing that the hotel was own by shree Krishna LLC.
