Riverwalk Grand Pavilion

There does not seem to be any way to call this location directly to speak with an agent. I had a situation where I needed to speak with someone at this location. I found the number on the internet (because it doesn’t appear to be on the rental agreement), called, went through the phone tree, phone rang, prompted to leave a voicemail, but the box was full. I was sent an email rating my experience, given the low rating I received a reply saying they will be in contact with me in "2-3 days". Surprise, no follow up. Bottom line: there are no issues if your rental goes smoothly. If you need assistance from this location, good luck.

Nice area for a picnic or group outing. Went there with work and had a bunch of games and food. Was an awesome time and great place!

My family rented the pavilion for my grandson's birthday and the kids had a riot with so much room to run and play right on the Riverwalk. Lots of room to set up food and gifts and very clean.

I never booked the pavilion myself but I walk past here with my dog several times a week and have seen many groups throughout the years everything from birthday parties to large family outings. Nice shelter and large fields on both sides with scenic views of the river. Plenty of parking and small distance to unload to the shelter.

I love coming here for any gathering, be it friends or family. Great open space with water fountains nearby, covered seating is great for picnics, and a nearby playground for little children. The fields are great for playing sports, running around, or relaxing, and the trail that runs through it makes it that much better.

Went to a party that was hosted at one of the Pavillions there. Ample parking, relatively clean bathrooms nearby, along with enough space to host close to 80 people made this a good choice. Catered some bbq food there. Glad the weather worked out. Would go back, if given the opportunity.

Super busy area during the summer. If your renting the space (especially on a rainy day) expect lots of people to pass by or just walk on into the pavilion. I did not mind at all but I worry it could be a problem for other users of the space. Great park / playground near by.
