Universal Volcano Bay

Volcano Bay is absolutely incredible! This water park is one of the most impressive places I’ve ever visited. The moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped into a tropical paradise — warm colors, lush greenery, crystal-blue water, and that iconic volcano right in the center. The atmosphere instantly lifts your mood. The rides are amazing: fast, fun, and incredibly well-designed. There’s everything — from relaxing rivers and pools to powerful thrill slides that make you scream and laugh at the same time. The whole park is built so conveniently that you can enjoy the day without stress. The technology with the wristbands makes everything super easy — no long lines, no chaos, just pure enjoyment. The volcano itself is a masterpiece — stunning both during the day and at night when it lights up and creates a magical, cinematic vibe. Clean, beautiful, perfectly maintained — Volcano Bay truly gives you that luxury vacation feeling in the middle of the city. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a fun, beautiful, unforgettable day.

We enjoyed our time at Volcano Bay. One of the best water parks I have had the pleasure of visiting. We had the Premium seating. This included two lounge chairs and a cover. This is a good holding area for a small group of 4 at most. Highly suggest that all ticket holder arrive early to the park to be able to get in line for the most popular rides. We spent a lot of time in the rapid river and the Wave pool.

Great fun for the whole family. Everyone will find something for themselves. A very clean and well-organized place. Very fast and comfortable transportation from the parking area.

Been here twice and plan on having future visits. The inside of the volcano has lights beaming up from the floor! Lots of places to grab a chair but if you want a specific spot you need to arrive early. And for all the kiddos… yes they have chicken fingers and fries!

I loved this place so much🌋. Thought the water was gonna be cold but NOPE, they have a system at the bottom of the beach/pool that keeps throwing hot water so it keeps it warm. The rides/slide are something else that you will love. The cabanas looked amazing even though I didn’t use them. The day me and my family went it was raining but still we had a lot of fun. Best part??? The lazy river 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 OMG everyone is going to love that one. Tickets were $80 not bad for how much are the other parks.

Volcano bay is so pretty the aqua coaster is the best ride there. The rapid river is definitely very rapid and the wave pool has gaint waves. Second time coming here and I definitely would come back !!

My husband and I just finished our second visit to Universal’s Volcano Bay, and honestly we are already looking at dates to come back again. If you’re looking for a water park that feels like a luxury Polynesian resort, this is it.
