Hit or miss with a few things that everyone mentions but they are doing their best to improve everything. That's always good. The staff is good too me and my partner and typically there's always drama at low end hotels but just stay inside. Mind your business and it will be fine. They don't offer breakfast but they should since Google says it. That would definitely boost the place up. Dramatically. A kid playground or something else for people or kids is always best. Like arcade games or a pool table or something. Because the pool is just not cutting it. Literally. Because it's not available at this time. I can help with anything so you know. Just ask. You already know who I am. All in all this place can and will do a complete turnaround.
It was a terrible hotel. They had plexiglass and a woman behind for front desk. It was like staying at a 7/11 in a bad neighborhood. I was afraid to be there as was my Mom.She was not friendly. She wouldn’t let us pay with cash even though we held with credit card. When we asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else. she wouldn’t do it so we had to stay. Room was not clean. Bottom of bathtub was black with gummy stuff in it. Toilet was dirty and also had gummy stuff on it. The towels were very small and extremely thin.Sink was falling apart (the tap). The pictures online were totally false. It was nothing like pictures. Even the moulding around door was missing at bottom and it looked rotten. My 81 year old mother couldn’t sleep as she was afraid someone would hurt us while sleeping. they advertised a breakfast but didn’t have one. The room was falling apart. I am not a complainer but I don’t want my experience to happen to someone else. We stayed at 2 other choice hotels and they were wonderful. They are Comfort Suites Phoenix airport and Quality inn at I-40 in flagstaff on lucky lane. Thank you
I was charged $221.34 for 2 room changes. The reason for the room changes was because the doors wouldn't lock. The room I did get, I needed to clean what looked like blood off of a couple of the walls. Also I cleaned the shower walls. I only stayed because of my money was running low and being Thanksgiving Holiday all flights home were booked.
I am normally willing to give credit where it is due but this place top to bottom was disappointing. First thing was the sign wasn't there so I didn't even know if I was in the right place, when I was sitting in the parking lot, there were a ton of sketchy characters meandering in the parking lot. When I got out of my car to go check in, there was no one at the front desk at first. I finally noticed a human at the front desk and went to check in only to be told they couldn't check me in because the person that is supposed to do that isn't there. While deciding what my next steps were, I decided to browse reviews on Choice hotels and Google maps and couldn't believe the mention of bed bugs and cockroaches. Seeing all the physical evidence in the reviews, I decided to find more suitable lodgings. Definitely do not recommend! Also, when I tried to call a manager the next day, the phone was always busy.
Definitely would not and did not stay here again. The only light in our room that worked was the bathroom light and I didn't even want that one on cause then you could see the mold growing in the bathtub. There was holes in every wall (although they did have a crew on site when we arrived that seemed to be remodel crew) pretty sure the sheets were dirty and there was hair in the towel on the counter. Front desk ladies at night seemed to not know what they were doing. Then the lady in the morning tried to tell me I didn't leave a cash deposit when I did. We eventually got that figured out and handled. I mean, it worked as a last minute stop but you definitely get what you pay for. But it also isn't the same rooms as they show at booking
Rooms have greatly been improving. We been staying here for over 8 years . I been trying to get a hold of the owner. It is killing us. We have over 25 years painting and plumbing and maintenance and management experience. We offered one room for 1 night stay. We paint and any maintenance for a night stay . Regardless there has been a lot of remodeling . It is so much better and all quieter and cleaner . Not a lot of traffic or illegal activity. But they need a experience painter .
When booking on line you see nothing but beautiful clean rooms. Well to be shocked it wasn’tClean and looked nothing like the booking website. Had no bathroom light or toilet paper holder and not even a **** vent. There were holes there. I had a room that had a joining room and believe this it looked like someone tried to break in from other side. The door frame was missing. The comforter had burn holes in it. My lamp had no shade.Ready for this for a 2 queen beds we only got two (2) pillows. ***!!!! What a **** hole. Run away don’t ever book there. This place shouldn’t t even be aloud to sell room. Dogs barking all night long and calledOffice and no one would answer the phone.
