We ended up here because a very nice man stopped us to let us know our gas tank cap was loose. We noticed he was driving the Frasher’s Smokehouse Truck. We decided to try it. It turned out he was the owner. It was beyond amazing! I’ve never had such tasty food! The smoked corn and fresh cole slaw was fabulous, as well as the cornbread. Extremely friendly staff.
The pulled pork was about average (not bad/not great). On the other hand, if you’re looking for some good quality fatty brisket, this is Not the place. I would have given a 1-2 star for this overcooked, dry, and tasteless shoe leather. The sides were pretty decent, but for a 2 meat platter costing $35 this was a huge disappointment overall.
Speedy Service + Wildly Good Pizza = Frasher’s Wins I haven’t eaten inside Frasher’s yet, but the location is super close—and after tonight, I’m sold. My roommate was so hyped to get our order home that he spilled some of the Coke in the rush. No worries though—he cracked open a Manzanita Sol to handle the spice. Water just wouldn’t cut it. The barbecue? Delicious. Smoky, tender, and gone in minutes. But the pizza? That’s where Frasher’s really shines. I used to work at Mellow Mushroom, and this was easily one of the most unique pies I’ve ever had. Bold flavors, perfect crust, and toppings that actually made me pause mid-bite to appreciate what was happening. The staff were awesome—super friendly and clearly proud of their food. One even suggested scrambling the leftovers with eggs for breakfast. Cute idea, but let’s be honest: there won’t be any leftovers. If you’re nearby, don’t sleep on Frasher’s. Fast service, killer food, and a pizza that’ll stick in your memory.
Visited 21 Feb 2026 around 7. Seated quick; only a few customers in the restaurant. They were out of chicken and only had 1lb of ribs. We ordered tri-tip and brisket sandwiches with Mac/cheese and baked beans. Sandwiches are only buns and meat. Meat seemed to be only seasoned with smoke. Cheese sauce in Mac was watery. Baked beans seemed straight from a can. Side portions were very small. Food temps were like warm at best. Labels on the BBQ sauce bottles at the table were unreadable and bottles were a little dirty. We were visiting Alabama which has average BBQ, but this will go down as one of the worst bbq meals we’ve had. Maybe our expectations were all wrong. Overall Very Low value considering the cost for 2 sandwiches, 2 sides, and water was $50.
This place is great! Service was excellent. Food was fantastic - we had wings, burnt ends, smoked turkey and a bunch of sides. Sat on the patio/porch area with the pooch, and had a couple drinks and enjoyed a beautiful Sunday afternoon.
I had the pleasure of checking out Fraser’s Smokehouse last night, and I was so pleasantly surprised! Despite the cold and rainy weather keeping the crowds away, the cozy vibe of the restaurant and the warm, welcoming staff immediately made me feel right at home. We were seated quickly, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. To kick things off, I tried the Peach Daily cocktail—absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the meal! The menu had so many tempting options, but I ended up going with the 2-meat combination plate, featuring some of the most tender and flavorful BBQ I’ve had in the Valley. I paired it with the Garlic Mashed Potatoes and the Roast Corn, and I can confidently say it was a meal that hit all the right notes. Everything was cooked to perfection! Fraser’s Smokehouse truly delivers some of the best BBQ around. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their incredible menu. Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving fantastic BBQ in a welcoming setting!
I think I've driven past this place not knowing its here. Definitely worth a stop if you been cruising past it. I had their brisket sandwich with green chili Mac n cheese as my side. Fantastic! The brisket was moist but not fatty and full of rich smokey BBQ flavor. I can't comment on the BBQ sauce because the brisket was so crazy good I didn't want to mess with the flavor. Turns out the owner is a big Mizzou fan... another plus. Go Tigers!
