Impact Diesel

I own a 2017 F-250 6.7L with 130,000+ miles and have owned the truck since new. After my extended 100K / 10-year bumper-to-bumper warranty expired, I needed to find a service shop I could truly trust. As someone who has historically wrenched on my own vehicles—and who’s taken advanced shop and auto body courses—I’m extremely selective about who I allow to work on my trucks. Diesel platforms, in particular, can be unforgiving. Between DEF systems and long-term carbon buildup, you need a shop that genuinely knows what they’re doing—and, just as importantly, one that actually cares about their customers. Impact Diesel is that shop. I’ve never once had to chase their team for updates, communication has always been proactive, and the quality of their work has been consistently top-notch. If you own a diesel truck, maintenance and repairs are simply part of the deal. Impact Diesel has earned my trust, and their staff is outstanding. Jeremy is the man.

I’ve never had a more pleasant experience at a vehicle repair shop, let alone a diesel shop. All of the employees are professional and personable and genuinely care about your experience at Impact. I did a good amount of work on my truck but my job picked up to where I had little time to get it finished up so I left it with Mark and his crew. They found work previously done by a brake shop (I’ll call them Brake LOSERS) that was POORLY half done. They documented everything for me and went to bat for me with this other shop, trying to make sure that I was taken care of. Brake LOSERS avoided doing the right thing, but Impact made sure everything was in working order. I’ve got my truck back and it’s running amazing now. I can’t speak to the entire valley because I’m sure there are other good diesel shops around, but if you’re in the North Valley….IMPACT IS THE PLACE TO GO. Your truck will thank you.

Jeremy and crew are honest professionals that took care of me on both my 6.0 Excursions, and now also the maintenance on my '22 F-250 6.7. I've used Impact to correct the work on one of my Excursions that another shop messed up. They also correctly diagnosed an AC compressor lock-up/failure that another shop mis-diagnosed. When my wife accidently filled my one Excursion with gas they were quick to squeeze me in, do the job at a reasonable cost, and were honest about what the truck needed - and more importantly what it didn't need. You can rest assured that Jeremy and team will take care of you. The only bummer is that Impact is being discovered and they'll need a larger shop to handle the increased client volume - a good Diesel shop is hard to find, and word is getting around!

Exceptional customer service, excellent care, on time, honest and genuine! Jeremy and the staff at Impact Diesel went above and beyond to help me yesterday. I had regular oil change scheduled for my new to me truck and asked them to look at the airbags since when I towed my horse trailer this past weekend they were not inflating. They adjusted the system and spent an extra hour working on it for me ( when they were already slammed busy!). They then even took the extra time to test it by dropping a heavy load in the back. It was a team effort and they got the airbags working! I am so grateful. I was very impressed. The staff are so customer service friendly and genuinely wanted to help! They came highly recommended to me by my horse trainer and my farrier who have been with them for many years! With service like this, I will be a lifetime customer, too!

I was impressed they look for cost effective and permanent solutions, GMC eco diesel emissions issues.

I had my 05 powerstroke towed to these guys after the motor blew up on me. They are extremely knowledgable, and will do anything they can to find a solution. They were also really nice about keeping it there until I had to have it towed out of state. Ended up parting with the truck due to the cost vs going with a different truck. This is the only place i would take my truck hands down.
