LA Fitness

This is a decent L.A. Fitness. Mostly solid, a few things would be nice. 👍 Lots of equipment, some getting worn but it's well maintained. 👍 Friendly front desk staff and good members. 👍 Clean. 👍 All in one floor, I like the locations like this, makes it easier for me to move around when I'm doing circuits. ' 👍 Good functional training area with sleds, ropes, tires, kettlebells, barbells, etc. 👍 Good mix of free weight and machine options. ❓Cardio in good condition but does not have the individual entertainment (just shared TVs which require you have an FM receiver). I rarely use them (listen to music) but they are nice to have for some.

ve been going to LA Fitness for three years now, and it’s always such a great experience. The gym is clean, the equipment is solid, and the atmosphere keeps me motivated. Dom at the front desk deserves a special shout-out — he’s always helpful, polite, and welcoming. He greets everyone with a smile and is quick to assist with anything you need. It’s the little things like that that make coming to the gym enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Facility was clean n members were friendly. Great location. Needs better rules on appropriate work out clothes especially rules requiring no tight fitting clothes which reveal body parts e g. 😻🍆 It's a gym not a bar or pick up place.

Started out great with my trainer, no complaints until recently.I found out my contract for PT was ending, prior to the next renewal, I reached out to the personal trainer director Giselle. I have called 10 times, left messages at least three to four of those times and have gone into the gym twice trying to catch a Giselle. She is the only one that can help me with my contract to get it to cancel. Amongst all of this, I found out that my PT put in her resignation. I have time left on my contract and no one has reached out to me to inform me what next steps are. Despite all the times that I have called, left message, and stopped in. The last time I stopped in I was told that Giselle is very very busy. I guess they don't care about their own members and communication. Because I'm very very busy too, but I made time to call. I have made time to stop in. Think it's time to find a new gym!

I love going to this gym! They have nice equipment and excellent staff. The worker at the front desk most days Dominique is very inviting, friendly, and a hard worker. Definitely makes me want to continue to frequent this LA Fitness more because I can tell they care about cleanliness and the happiness of their customers.

Emmanuel was incredibly kind and helpful with my gym membership. He made the process easy, explained everything clearly, and had such a positive and caring attitude. I truly appreciated his help!

Aww man I was so excited to make this my new gym home for the next month. I travel for work so use clubs all over, was very disappointed to meet the front desk reception because the attitude was trash. Didn’t speak to me when I approached, barely replied when I took the initiative to greet her. Then as I am trying to scan in she says "is that a guest pass?" Why assume that? I did however have a friend that wanted to join me for a workout that day and just negative and awkward experience. "No you don’t have guest privileges" then walks away and tells the sales person. Even though I was told I did when I initially signed up. Apparently I just have VIP guest and they have to live in AZ to come along to my surprise. There’s just a way to handle people when they step into your house of business and I didn’t feel welcomed or taken care of at all. Hate this is the most convenient one to me bc it’s just going to be weird going forward. Please just take the day off if you can’t show up with a positive and helpful attitude bc it shows and makes a difference in client experience. I’ll be touching base with the gym I signed up with to speak about the type of membership I did get. I come to the gym to have peace and a pleasant experience as I self care and I’d think the staff would get that. The only person that gets that there is the smoothie/cafe attendant he’s awesome! Everytime!
