Tufesa

I'm traveling very often on tufesa for many years. I always had a great time. On Tuesday, Sep 16th, I arrived in bus station in Nogales around 5:30am. I saw a bus that was scheduled to traveling to Phoenix at 6:am. I asked the driver if I had time for a ticket, he was so nice and said YES. I ran to the window to purchase my ticket and the lady who was on the phone, she denied to sell it. I went back to the waiting room and seen the bus still there. I approached the driver again, he gave me the same answer. I went back to the windows, and lady said the same thing. I asked for her name and she said " I'M not giving my name" supposed all the customers service need a tag name. She was not a happy person to attend a customers, we don't deserve treating like that. I'm not pretending she loss her job, is just need to be happy with a good manners to attend customers. Thanks TUFESA for the log trips driving to make us happy and get on time at our destination.

Staff was friendly but not very helpful. The busses were almost all late. My bus was over 3 hours late, very frustrating. Also, they don’t allow anything in a box, everything in a box needs to be taken out of the box. People traveling with gifts were forced to discard all packaging (lots of sad faces).

We traveled overnight to mochis from phoenix last Thursday and we had items stolen from our luggage. I had been a regular traveler with Tufesa but I will never travel with them again, and I will tell everyone I know to never travel with them unless you want your stuff stolen. Tufesa did not take any responsibility and said that I would have to go to every stop to have them check their cameras. We stopped like 7 or 8 times over the course of 15 hrs.

My father-in-law just traveled from Nayarit, Mexico with Tufesa, and we picked him up at this location. He had a great experience — the bus was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and professional. He mentioned the ride was smooth, on time, and he felt very safe the entire trip. We are very thankful for the excellent service provided both by the bus company and at this location. Highly recommended!

This company used to be really good at what they did, and they still do, but unfortunately, the prices have gone better way too high.It is cheaper to fly now. Also, they move their buses around. So when you request a specific seat, sometimes they give you whatever seat they want. What's the point of reserving the seat.

I pay by internet for a platinum doble level bus for my parents And they just replace for a normal bus whit diferente sits , not any confidence in this company is a fraud they don’t care not even whit a week anticipation is so awful no respect for the customers.

Never riding with greyhound again. Large seating area for more comfort..
