I recently returned from a Celebrity cruise that Jenn planned for us, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless, well organized, and thoughtfully coordinated. It had been nine years since my last cruise, and Jenn’s expertise and guidance made all the difference. She walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Her knowledge of cruising is truly impressive, and her attention to detail gave us complete confidence going into the trip. Because of Jenn and Trip and Sip, we had an incredible vacation. My wife and I decided to take a trip to Japan for our 20th anniversary, she used to live there and wanted to revisit were she taught as well as show me the rest of the island. We were overwhelmed with choices when I saw a video about cruising around the island and we both like this form of vacation so reached out to some travel agents. Karen responded and really worked with us as to what we wanted discussing the additional points beyond just the cruise we wanted and taking all our feedback. She came up with a great itinerary, provided all the transfers where possible and everything ran like clockwork. We were able to spend 2 days in the town my wife taught, a day in Tokyo with a personal tour, and then boarded the cruise for 12 days traveling all over Japan and even stops in Taiwan and Hong Kong, truly a trip to remember. We will definitely be engaging Trip and Sip and Karen for any future travel plans.

Karen with Trip and Sip Travel took excellent care of our group. She was in constant communication with us and took care of all our needs: flights, accommodations and travel to and from airport. She was available for questions and checked in on us during our stay. Love the name Trip and Sip Travel because we certainly did sip on our trip.😉

We decided to celebrate our twentieth anniversary with a trip to Greece and selected Windstar Cruises. Trip and Sip Travel planned everything for us. They helped with our pre and post cruise hotels in Athens as well as an Acropolis tour and amazing cooking class. Trip and Sip helped with the cruise and all our excursions. They provided me with all the necessary information on our hotels, cruise and excursions both by email and in the trip app. We travel regularly but this is the first time we have put all our arrangements in the hands of a travel agency. Karen and Trip and Sip made everything effortless and worry free. I’m pretty sure they also made sure that we had the perfect weather for the trip 😎.

Working with Trip and Sip was easy and helped to make our trip seamless. We stayed at Sandals Grande in St. Lucia and worked with Karen. She was very helpful in booking excursions and transport from the airport to the resort. She was knowledgeable about the resort and helped steer us in the right direction with excursions. We would utilize these services again!

Karen was absolutely fantastic! We reached out to her on very short notice to help plan our honeymoon, and she exceeded every expectation. From the start, Karen was incredibly responsive—communicating with us multiple times a day for nearly a week to ensure every detail was perfect. Jenn was amazing to work with! We had a large group of 12 (including kids) that traveled to 3 different cities in Italy in July. Jenn met with us multiple times, answered all of our questions and shifted our activities when requested or when they didn’t make sense. The trip was amazing – our hotels were perfect, tour guides were engaging in and transportation was flawless. I would highly recommend her and would use her again without hesitation. Now to plan our next trip!
