I go here 3 or 4 days a week to walk my dogs in a forest setting. Quiet beautiful wild place. Connects under Oakesdale Rd with Waterworks Garden a beautiful small park that combines a stones art installation with water from the treatment plant filtering thru ponds to the water table.

You can smell the awful smell before you pull in, all the way down the street. My children are with. We are not getting out the car.

Sketchy location, sketchy gross forest. Parked by the small lot on Oakdale and there were two suspicious cars in the lot. It reeks of human waste at the trailhead. Trash everywhere. Sketchy people in the forest doing lord knows what. Renton should remove this from their parks list and shut it down. It's in a ln industrial/business park area and it felt absolutely unsafe with me and my husband. We stayed for about five minutes. Strongly advise against coming here alone or with children. Do not go out of your way to come here.

This is a small protected area with a dirt trail that runs along the shore of the Black River. An excellent place to bird! I saw upwards of 15 heron, 10 different species of waterfowl, and several passerines. It is a peaceful place that provides an excellent sanctuary from the busy city streets and highway. Limited parking and no facilities.

Would be a lovely spot for a morning walk if not for the depressing amount of trash everywhere. If I lived in town I'd coordinate a trash pick up or petition the city to take some action. Hopefully someone can take up the cause and restore those spot to its proper state

Great place to walk. Trail is mostly level (no steep inclines or declines. You'll see plenty of various birds and a number of rabbits are likely to pass by you. If you're lucky, you nay even see a deer or 2. Good place for walks with kids (if interested in nature). There a few benches for resting.

Paved walking/biking trail right smack in the middle of Renton & Tukwila. I love how lush, green, and moist the area feels, looks, and hangs in the air. And in a most unlikely place.
