Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Richardson

I stayed at this Hampton Inn last Saturday, February 21st. The gym has two inoperable treadmills and the lock on my room door was broken. You could not lock your door. I received an email from Candace Johnson, the manager and she apologized about the treadmills and said they are being replaced. No signs. Also did not address the broken door. Anyone could come in your door if they had a key, which has happened before. I asked for points or a discount on the room, and have not had a response. I would not stay here again due to the safety issue and Hampton Inn not standing behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Not worth $135 I paid for the room. Go next door to Hilton Garden Inn and see if they are better.

My impressions 1 Outside is clean, well maintained 2 Common spaces all look current and in good shape 3 Fitness center didn't use but looks spacious, I chose to go on a run in the nearby park which is fantastic and easy to run to from the hotel and really the top reason for selecting this property 4 Room: this is where opportunity exists, carpet looks like very old Hampton Inn, desk was missing outlets for laptop or phone ( literally missing as a hole was present where the outlets were once installed), bathroom had some messy caulking at the base of the shower and it appears a leak over time has caused the wallpaper to wrinkle up TV was good, current model good interface Hope this helps you make a decision for your stay in this area

The amenities at Element Dallas Richardson were truly top-notch. I especially appreciated the 24-hour coffee and refreshing water available in the lobby—it was such a thoughtful touch. The live cooking station during breakfast was the highlight of our stay, offering fresh and delicious breakfast each morning.|Every member of the staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive to guests’ needs. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. Special kudos to their General Manager, Janina, for leading such a fantastic team.|Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’m already looking forward to returning!

We had such a great stay at Elements Hotel in Richardson, Texas! The service was excellent — the staff were kind, professional, and always ready to assist.||The rooms are huge, more like mini-apartments than hotel rooms. Each has a big refrigerator, filtered faucet water, a dishwasher, and even pans and pots if you want to cook. The rooms are very clean, smell fresh, and have a big window that lets in so much light — I absolutely loved it. It’s easy to settle in and feel right at home.||Breakfast was another highlight — fresh, varied, and well-prepared.||What stood out most was the general manager, who truly goes beyond her role. She personally makes sure guests are well taken care of and that all needs are met. That kind of attention and care is rare and very much appreciated.||From the warm customer service to the spacious, well-equipped rooms, this hotel really goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Richardson, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I arrived on September 3rd this year and stayed at the hotel till the 8th. I was welcomed by a wonderful front desk staff and the Manager, Ms. Janina. The infused water with fruits was very refreshing. The coffee and tea at night was really appreciated. The cheese and wine night was something to look forward to as well. The room was great! Having a mini kitchen inside the room was quite a blessing. The breakfast every morning was superb! Having your own omelette cooked according to your taste was created just right all the time. All the staff and personnel were courteous, always with a beautiful smile and extended a hand when we needed them. |I will definitely stay again at Element Hotel and recommend them to my family and friends.

My wife and I had an excellent stay with Element Dallas Richardson during the week of Christmas. We had a 32 -year-old parent that is at his life expectancy - going blind in one eye and no longer singing and talking. We didn't want to leave him at home in case he passed while we were away. So, the hotel allowed for us to have our parrot (named Snickers) to stay with us.|Janina J. Partney, the General Manager, along with the desk clerks, gave us a 5 Star treatment from check-in to check-out. We don't have clerks names - we didn't see a business card for them at the desk.|We commend Element Dallas Richardson for helping to make our Christmas holiday with family a memorable one.|We will stay with you again.|Blessings, grace and peace |Dwight and Billie Sue...and Snickers

The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast featuring waffles, fresh cut fruits, bacon or sausage, eggs, dairy products like milk, yogurt and almond milk. Room was clean and well maintained. The business center is available, equipped with two computers and a printer. AVOID room #109 since the room located right next to (possibly) main AC control room, which generates a consistent, loud buzzing vibration sound throughout the night.
