Parker Guest House

Parker Guest House is right in the heart of the Mission District which is where my daughter lives. I am a single Senior and the Parker Guest House is always accommodating with my luggage and an ADA room. Mark at the front desk was so very helpful and I felt welcomed and taken are of. The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated and quiet. The kitchen is open with snacks, fruit and coffee. Th front parlor takes you back to a time when we gathered around the fireplace listening to music and playing board games.|I just love Parker Gust House and can't recommend it enough to family and friends. Not to mention it is walking distance to several fabulous bakeries and coffee shops. I hope you will take advantage of this beautiful place.

Had such a lovely time at this quaint B&B in SF. The staff was very friendly, as were the other guests. The breakfast had a nice selection of pastries, and the coffee was plentiful ☕️ The room was cozy and pretty clean. Loved having the wine social hour in the evening - twas a perfect chance to hang out in one of the many outdoor areas Great neighborhood too!

This is the kind of place where you want to come back to again and again| We used the small budget rooms with a shared bath, no problem with family. No problem with trolley noise a slight rumble only. Just be aware that there are lots of stairs. A most beautiful victorian. Lovely garden. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast choices. Ideal location. Can't get any better.

This was our third stay at the Parker Guest House in 2025! We love the comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The shared spaces at Parker made our visits very special. We relaxed in the sunroom, living room, patio and gorgeous garden. The location is great for walking to cafes, restaurants and shops. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

The Parker House is actually two houses, both exquisitely restored and decorated. The guest rooms themselves are cozy, comfortable, and well appointed. Most but not all have en suite bathrooms.||Without hesitation, I would stay here again. Not only do they have a lovely breakfast, which includes the typical continental plus yogurt and oatmeal, boiled eggs, etc. there is a daily wine and cheese hour between 5:30 and 6:30 in the evening. And coming in very late one night I discovered there was a decanter of brandy in the main house living room with Brandy sniffers ready for a pour. ||The staff are all absolutely gracious, accommodating, and wonderful. Whether it was me or any of the other guests who either made a suggestion ( decaf coffee?), the staff addressed it immediately.||Do not hesitate to stay here. In addition to all that I’ve written above, it is conveniently located on two major bus routes and the J tram, which takes you all the way from the Parker House which is in the Mission District to Embarcadero.

The Parker Guest House is conveniently located in The Castro. Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and mini/bart close by. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast is a perfect way to kick your day off and the wine hour is exceptional. I can’t wait to return! Thank you for making our trip unbelievable!

A lovely, warm and inviting place to stay while visiting San Francisco. Especially enjoyed sitting in the comfortable outdoor patio and admiring the beautiful plantings surrounding the house. The breakfasts are wonderful. The staff were always very helpful. We will come again!
