Helped us with numerous discounts using MNVV certificate, good pricing, and made process really easy. Marizen was super helpful and responsive and they have a great blog and information on how they are able to get such good deals. Answered all my questions and explained process with itemized quote that was completely transparent. Would definitely use them again and was cheaper than booking direct. Give them a try!

Marizen at Smart Sail Voyages really took care of us and gave us by far the best fare for our Virgin Voyages cruise as well as by far the best "Sailor Loot" (onboard spending allowance) included with a promotion we were unable to access elsewhere. They are a small business that doesn't have a lot of reviews. At the time of our booking, all of their reviews occurred only over a two-month period several months prior. We were honestly nervous and wanted to make sure there wasn't a scam -- rest assured, our experience was 100% legitimate, the best pricing and included extras we found. In addition, Marizen stayed on top of us for the payment schedule (after the initial deposit) to make sure we didn't miss out on the deal and paid within the time limit required. Marizen was also vigilant in answering our questions and helping us, even outside regular business hours. Just used this company for the first time to book a Virgin Voyages cruise, and they were great to deal with. On top of things, the communications were very clear and concise, and no surprises. If going on a VV cruise, I would recommend them, and the added bonus is you received extra credits to use on the cruise as well.
