Complete scam. I paid much more than most have posted here. Never went on a date. The person they tried to fix me up with was still attached at the hip to her ex and was always on the go and too busy. Crazy stuff, not one person I was interested in returned the intrest and the rest were out of state. I put the membershep on hold and when I came back to it, found they were out of business. Never a word or a bit of a refund. Never will I trust a paid "match making" site again. SMH. Ill just trust God to find one, and if not, so be it.

Member for one year per my original contract. Very disappointing from the very beginning, both in the quality of men and the seriousness of their dating acument (lots of 1st dates with no follow up or "ghosting" afterwards). Big advantage was THEIR photos made sure no catfish (good selling point) and their supposed "background check" but the first man who "liked me" and wanted to take me out? He was a nice guy, but totally broke. So they "sold" it to me that the membership fees weeded out the "losers" (saying it nicely) which was not true. I have given Phx Singles my feedback throughout the year, and was not offered an extension or partial refund of my membership fee $$$. Now I understand they are defunct, out of business (although it's supposedly a national chain). I have heard other former members call them "crooks," but the "Monthly gatherings" they promoted to me as a big selling point? One of their main office managers said I should not attend expecting much because it was the "island of misfit toys." Pretty sad commentary on the quality of the membership, IMHO. Best thing about this place was my photos were terrific. Other than that? Waste of money, waste of time.

Pat is a very knowledgeable representee and did a great job explaining the program and showing me how valuable their database is - Phoenix Singles is full of wonderful people. This company is 5 star I have met a number of interesting people. Jennie was very easy to work with she did an excellent job with the photos and made me feel very comfortable. Jennie also helped me get flowers delivered to one of the beautiful women they have to offer in their database.

This is the biggest rip off of a dating website I've ever experienced. They will charge you depending on your profession. They lie about doing background checks on people and their photos that they make you take at their place are unflattering. They started by selling me their service for $5000 and reduced it to $1200 stating what a big discount they are providing while other people were $500. The will give you the used car sales tactic and sell you the world but then when you actually user their service they are nothing more than a dating website with lot of very old people in their 70s and 80s. The 5 start reviews are from customer that have paid a reasonable fee who they cherry pick on pricing. I am leaving this here so other's don't fall victim to their fraudulent sales tactics.

When I decided to join Phoenix Singles I had just lost my son to COVID. I thought that if I found someone special it might help me heal. Boy was I wrong. I believe they used my grief against me . Promising things they never delivered. A majority of the profiles were inactive or they lived in another state. I will never again spend my hard earn money on a dating site again. I would think twice before you do it too. You would have better luck taking your money and booking a singles cruise.

Kristin is a delight to work with. She tries with all her heart to find the perfect match for me! I appreciate all her effort and know she will keep trying until I'm happy. The people who work with her are delightful as well. Whatever they are paying her isn't enough! Yours truly, Sid Jacobs

By far one of the best experiences I have ever had. The staff is so professional and helpful. This service has completely changed my perspective on dating and I'm so happy I followed my gut and just came in and saw how it all worked. Donna has been great and always been there when I needed her. professional I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is serious about meeting that special someone.
