Emerald Landing

The Emerald Landing facility is the ideal location for any large motor yacht in the greater Seattle area and Pacific Northwest in general. Besides boasting the best views of any city skyline that I can think of. The facility itself is modern, clean, secure, and proven to provide all necessary amenities for a comfortable, worry free stay. Gordy, the facilities commandant, I have known for almost 20 years and I can say no matter who you are (from deckhand to vessel owner) treats everyone with the same level of respect and care. Staff is great, facility is great!

An excellent marina in an ideal location. We are on a 35m M/Y and just spent a few weeks at Emerald Landing for maintenance and provisioning before heading north for the summer. Gordy and his team were great to work with (easy/quick communication, very knowledgeable and very helpful) and our time at Emerald Landing was very productive. The facilities are very secure (and the surrounding areas are clean as well as pedestrian-friendly) and being able to drive right up alongside the boat made both maintenance and provisioning so seamless. Fisheries Supply is a short walk up the street and all of the necessities (PCC, Trader Joe’s, UPS/FedEx, etc.), as well as some great restaurants, are all within a few minutes drive. We stayed at Emerald landing on a 213ft motor yacht in August 2020 for 3 weeks. The staff in Particular Gordy are all very helpful and accommodating. The guest and crew enjoyed being there, the location is great with easy access to local attractions and facilities. The ability to have extensive work completed by outside contractors is a huge advantage. The dock is big, safe and secure. Will definitely be back if I head up that way again.

Would 100% recommend. For our time staying here, Gordy and the team were ultra responsive and ready to help around the clock - they even provided a solid step attached to the side of the dock wall, so it was easier for us to disembark from the vessel. I wish them all the best in the future - great service for all superyacht needs, and also a lovely part of Seattle (bring your paddleboards and kayaks for Tuesdays - you'll see why).

Gordy made our stay at Emerald Landing a real pleasure. From accommodating us in the first place, meeting us on arrival, making sure we were connected to shore power in super quick time, assisting with parcel deliveries and being on hand when we needed assistance etc. Gordy and the team made our stay in Seattle even better. As a captain of a 100’ M/Y that was operating from Emerald Landing Marina this past summer for about a month I can definitely say that it’s my favorite spot to tie up in the PNW. Gordy goes above and beyond and is on another level when it comes to customer service. The facility, staff and all it’s amenities are top notch as well. I wish every marina offered pull up to your boat capabilities when provisioning and the view of downtown is the best!
