Waterways Cruises and Events

Had a great experience with my family on the Thanksgiving cruise. We went on the olympic star boat and had a wonderful time. The boat is internally heated and we didn’t feel the cold weather at all. Lake union is very picturesque and the captain made sure we saw all the land marks along the way. The total trip is around 3 hours and we didn’t even notice how fast the time went. The thanksgiving buffet was amazing - all dishes were fresh and flavorful. Servers were great and courteous. They went out of their way to make welcome and comfortable. All in all a very memorable experience for me and my family. Thank you.

Wonderful service by all, beautiful boat and a magical, lovely ride on Lake Union. We loved our upgraded window seat! Our ‘upgraded’ dinners however, were not up to par. The kale salad was very good however we ordered two very expensive steak and lobster dinners but received a braised short rib, not steak, and a tiny piece of cold, overcooked, rubbery lobster with no butter. Do better on the dinner and we will be back!

We had a fabulous time on the Bingo cruise! The view was terrific and the narration of the tour around Lake Union was so interesting. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the Captain even let us into the pilot house! We had tons of fun playing Bingo. The food was fantastic! We highly recommend this cruise, and we will definitely be back!

I went with my family for the Holiday Lights Parade and dinner cruise. We had such a good time, food was excellent and beverages spot on. Weather didn't cooperate, but nice tour of Lake Union. The staff was helpful and kind. Thank you for a special evening!

Beautiful sunny day for a cruise & brunch on Lake Union & Lake Washington. Professional team a nice balance of commentary of the sights. Perfect for celebrating two special birthdays.

Our experience was so wonderful! The Captain and crew all greeted us upon arrival. They made sure our party sat together even if we bought separate tickets. The food was amazing! I definitely recommend.

Overall, it’s a decent experience and worth trying at least once, but there are a few things to note: 1. Virtually every single table is by the window, so there is no point in paying the extra fee for a window seat. Even with the tables which aren’t by the window, the boat is so small and the layout is as such that a window seat doesn’t even offer any advantage. This is definitely an unusually deceptive/low brow upsell tactic, imo. Dont pay for it 2. The food is fine, it’s a rather elementary 3 course meal and imo they didn’t serve enough carbs but overall it’s fine. Alcohol was a bit expensive. We got the chicken and salmon and both were pretty tasty. 3. The boat ride itself is quite nice. It sets off at the perfect time. You can walk around the boat and enjoy the sunset/evening views. It’s a smooth ride and the experience is enjoyable. The views and perspective of lake Union and lake Washington are very unique and worth the price Overall, a nice experience and worth trying once. The staff are nice and the views are gorgeous.
