Pottawatomie Park

We were here for a Navy retirement ceremony and the park is just beautiful. It’s clean and very well maintained. Plenty of parking and lots to do for families.

Pottawatomie Park is a hidden gem in St. Charles! It’s beautifully maintained and has something for everyone — peaceful walking trails, river views, picnic areas, and a fun playground for kids. The Fox River adds a calming touch, and you can even rent paddleboats or kayaks in the summer, which is a great activity for families or couples. The park feels very safe and clean, and there’s plenty of open space for relaxing or playing sports. It’s also perfect for a morning jog or an evening stroll with great views and fresh air. Whether you want to unwind in nature, enjoy time with family, or just take in some scenic beauty, Pottawatomie Park is one of the best spots around.

This is a really nice park on the Fox River in St Charles Illinois. We were able to walk around the park and check out all the facilities which seemed really nice. This is definitely a park geared up for summer activities. We were there just before Christmas therefore there was not much going on. The community center look nice there was pool tables and books and public restrooms.

Bathrooms are very dirty and stinks. No one at the park is cleaning the bathroom, flies everywhere. But the park is huge have a mini golf, lake that you can do kayaking or pedal boating, 2 playground for kids, a separate place swimming pool huge park for relaxing. But not very clean bathrooms.

Beautiful park by the river. It's a wonderful option in the summer. The breeze from the river feels so good and the pavilion is comfortable with multiple picnic benches, very pretty to look at as well. The view from the top is amazing. It has large shade trees and two playgrounds. There is so much to do like paddle boats, boat rides, miniature golf. The best part is it's open till 11 pm so you can go around sunset and enjoy the park if it's too hot during the day. The washrooms are clean and you can buy refreshments.

I really like this park. It is well maintained and very clean. A lot of activities for all ages.
