The Car Park

Our experience could not have better. We pulled up to drop off our car and were greeted by two very polite young men. When we returned to port, we returned to a different terminal. We were concerned, but we were quickly assured The Car Park would handle everything. Within about 2 minutes they brought up our car, helped us load our luggage and we were off within about 5 minutes.

My husband and I took our first cruise recently. We were a bit out of our league on making decisions about everything! We decided to use Valet Parking out of Port Tampa Bay. It turned out to be the best decision we made for the cruise. It was well priced, and convenient. We were unsure exactly which port # our cruise was leaving from, so I had to call the Port Authority. The lady was so nice and calmed me down as I was a little panicky! She answered all my questions and then some. The dock side employees were super friendly and very helpful. On our return, we received the same great service. We will 100% use the Valet on our next cruise and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Excellent experience! Very easy to drop our luggage and car off at the same place. The people were friendly and accommodating. Our ship returned to a different terminal. However, the cars were moved to the new terminal so we did not have to walk and carry our luggage very far. Well done. We have already booked our valet parking for our next cruise in May.

Even though our cruise was over they made the change back to normal life as easy as possible. The attendant was quick, helpful and very courteous. It was so nice to have them immediately bring us our car and get all of our luggage situated for our long drive home. Their help was WELL WORTH THE MONEY! I highly suggest using them to make the end of the trip as pleasant as possible!

The Car Park staff is very helpful. Using this parking service is the best, especially the valet service. For a flat fee, they meet you at the terminal and help unload your luggage. Upon return, their stand outside of the terminal is easy to find, and it takes just minutes (or seconds!) for them to retrieve your car. This is especially helpful when your cruise ship returns to a different terminal from which it left - they bring your car to the returning terminal for you! They make parking at the Tampa cruise port easy peasy!!

Secure and convenient to the cruise terminal. At least two elevators on site helped get our luggage up and down easily. The crosswalk to the cruise terminal is protected with a stoplight, making us feel very safe on the 5 minute walk to our cruise ship. We will continue to use this facility for any cruises we take out of Tampa.

I would like to warn the public about using this car park location. We recently went on a cruise and decided to use their services for our van. When we went they took our van and parked it and they broth our van to us when we came back from our 7 day vacation. They rushed us and did not do any vehicle ck before and after drop off or pickup. Upon getting home 2 hour later we notice some damages to our car that cost about 1,000 to repair. We contacted them immediately to ck their video surveillance to see which driver did it. They told us they did not have video surveillance at this location. All of their drivers denied damaging the van so they were not going to cover any of the damages. In Conclusion, we feel cars are not safe at this location.
