Deming Park

We had kids & grandkid in from across the country for the holidays, brought them to see the lights, and to us it was the best it’s ever been. This display, I think by Sarah Scott Middle School--hoping it will be visible in the review--was spectacular. Then brought our little one to Deming in daylight and we all had fun in the great play areas near the pool. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to all!

Deming Park offers a nice Christmas light display... done by different local businesses... there is also a train than runs during the Christmas season... We love seeing the lights and it has become part of our Christmas tradition...

This park has a lot for everyone do. The train rides are fun with the kids for very little cost. Our family always have a great time here

This park has been one of top favorite parks in Terre Haute for over 10 yrs. We enjoy all the educational activities and attractions, events and the overall beauty of the park. We are excited to see the upcoming changes happening soon.

We lived here for few years and it's great to see they keep improving Deming Park when we visit "the grandparents"! The playground is top notch and it's cool they have a pool and train ride for the kiddos. Such a great kid / family spot in Terre Haute!

Beautiful park. Great for walking, walking your dog, riding your bike, jogging, 2 excellent accesible playground areas, parents supervising their children, many shelters, scattered picnic areas and benches. Very clean with nice restroom areas, a pool in the summer, and well mannered patrons.

Wonderful very quiet manicured park , you can tell the city and residents love this park they have a pool here and a train ride in the middle of the park. Lots of shelters to have a picnic at and a Frisbee golf course. Also many huge old trees in the park so shady 🙂 And they have a small train to ride if you want to do this seems to run on weekends only.
