Nice 2 hr trip down Maumee River. Captain and First Mate were wonderful! Great sunset!!
We spent a delightful afternoon sailing down the Maumee River on the Sandpiper. The first mate provided interesting and entertaining commentary as we made our way down the river. We had a choice for lunch of turkey sandwich or ham sandwich. Both came with several side dishes (potato chips, potato salad, pudding, cookies) and drinks were unlimited (both soft drinks and bottled water). Even the weather cooperated! It was a fun time.
Did the Sandpiper picnic cruise and wow. The enthusiasm and hospitality was top notch. A very pleasant and easy going cruise with witty and entertaining commentary from people who truly want you to have a good time. Affordable family fun. Really nice crew. I highly recommend it.
Loved the cruise through Toledo. Didn't even know they had this in the city, but we all enjoyed it very much. The owners are super nice and very polite. Would recommend to anyone who would love to explore the city by water. You can also bring your own drinks and food.
