I had a vhs tape sent in for a family gift and unfortunately had issues with communications with the team due to their computers being down and an initial experience that left a bad taste, as I was later given a much different rush price than from the date I had brought in my tape. However, I received a call from the owner who assisted me personally to ensure that this gift could be retrieved in time. I appreciate and respect his efforts to rectify the situation so have changed my review to reflect that. Happy holidays!

needed old photos scanned for a work project. DiJiFi team were helpful and friendly, met deadlines and did a great job!

Very difficult to get a response from Dijifi. Also, a few years back they did a transfer for me and did not let me know they could make it progressive, now I have lines across the screen that is not fixable. I have to redo the transfer and since they do not repsond to emails or calls have to go to a vendor that is out of state that has customer service.

I had a 1984 cassette tape recording of an evening at a local bar with my favorite band. Recorded on a portable cassette tape player sitting on the table, but the sound was not great, as you can imagine. I have played both sides, several times over the years, as I truly enjoyed the evening and recounting it. I wanted to present the band members with a gift of a CD, in hopes that it might be passed on to their children and grandchildren. DiJiFi give me an accurate estimate, and after 6 weeks, created 6 CD sets, two each, and one thumb drive. I did check the box for special enhancement. The band members and their families were absolutely delighted and all commented that the sound quality was truly amazing, and as good as if you were at the live performance! I could not be more pleased and recommend this company highly!

DiJiFi did an exquisite job restoring a deeply damaged photo which was disintegrating before our eyes. I was pleasantly surprised by their work and at a very fair price. So much so that when my partner needed an old cassette tape digitized, I referred him without hesitation. They offered a beautifully clean digital recording with a quick turnaround. They're an excellent find.

Absolutely brilliant place to digitize old film footage. We found a box of 40 or so 8mm reels from the 1950s in a family storage unit, and DiJiFi were able to convert them to viewable movie files in just a few weeks and for a very reasonable price. Means the world to be able to share these memories among our family!

This is a great company to deal with I love everything about them. Super professional and thoughtful. Very fair pricing. Great service at every step of the way. It's like night and day dealing with DiJiFi and the 'national' companies I've dealt with in the past. I just love DiJiFi, will continue to use them exclusively until every last print we have is digitized, which could be a long, long time from now 🙂
