This place gave me worse service than I could possibly imagine. I came in to get some film scanned at a higher resolution and then have a photo printed and framed to give to my father for fathers' day. I got the film re-scanned, and then ordered the print. The print was taking very long to even ship. I came in and asked about it. They were having some sort of issue. Over a month goes by and I go in again and they say they have it in the back and it'll get shipped. It gets shipped, takes forever, gets sent back. Then I go in and ask for it to be sent to a different address that might work better. They say they don't have it anymore, that they were having issues with the post office or something. They kindly offered to reprint and frame it for me and, after some time, it finally arrives. When my dad finally received it and decided to hang it, he took it out of the plastic wrapping and the entire frame fell apart immediately. Not only that, but the photo was printed on regular paper, not photo paper, and the the print was not framed behind glass but instead behind thin, flimsy plastic. The level of quality this establishment offers is abysmal, despite their prices. I would not recommend Photodom to anyone after this experience.

This a great spot to get a digital camera for a affordable price. I was able to got the last fujifilm digital camera. The customer service was great. One of the workers who by Devin was very patient and help me found a perfect camera for my upcoming trip. I will recommend this place. 10/10.

My film journey started with Photodom, and I’ve been going back ever since they opened! Dom was the first person I remember asking a bunch of questions to, and he was more than happy to take the time to assure I understood what I needed to. And as new faces started working at the store, that was further exemplified. Other than being the only film store within proximity from me, I continue going back because of how much they continue to value community - which is rare from a business nowadays. From the store itself and all the products, to the services, to the events and workshops Dom puts together, and of course - the amazing staff keeping the store going, nobody does it like Photodom. Excited to see how they grow from here!

I dropped off a roll of film on a Sunday afternoon and received great quality digital prints the following day, in less than twenty four hours! I am not from the area and the place I usually go to charges more and takes at least two weeks minimum, so I am very impressed with the quality and turnaround time. Would definitely recommend this place!

A great shop and community but ive taken film here twice 3 years apart and across multiple rolls/stocks/speeds they've messed up the development. LTI in Manhattan actually gives you photos you can push and pull in post that arent deep fried and super contrasty. Sad because I really wanted to like this place and gave them multiple chances years apart.

As a professional photographer I enjoyed walking thru this store with friendly knowledgeable people behind the counter. They have both new and used cameras. I found a few must haves there. The store is new in new york I think they will do well here.
