The best film lab and photo store ever!!! They have the best film scans in town by far and film scans are super high quality. Tony and Cannon are always so willing to teach anything and also just down for a good hang.

I relocated to Charlotte last year and discovered the fine jewel near where I live. I originally met with Cannon one of the owners and also spent considerable time with Anthony, "Tony" who not only sold me a great flash Godox external strobe system but took, the time to shot me how it works. Absolutely fabulous experience here! We are inexperienced photographers over from England on a work trip and needed help with an issue. All our questions were answered and we left with a solution. The man who helped us was very patient and knowledgeable, and offered us various solutions. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

I’ve developed photos at this lab four times. The staff is excellent and really know their job. The results arrive quickly by email. You can also buy cameras and backpacks in the store. Overall, I’m very satisfied — the place has a great vibe.

Tony is fantastic. I had some old film, some 20 years old, that I needed developed and printed. Told me upfront that he had concerns due to age but said he’d let me know. Thankfully the film was in pretty good shape and the photos came out wonderful. I wanted to use a local developer instead of sending them off to parts unknown. He did not disappoint. Fast, almost eight hundred prints, old disposable and 35mm, done in record time. Ordered on the 3rd and delivered on the 11th. I recommend Photo Outfitter for all your photo needs. Finally made it to the camera world mecca! The place to find the camera equipment I need for my photography hobby. The place to drop off film for fast processing, just like in the olden days! There is also a gallery for photographers to showcase their work. A great community to get into!
