Photographique has been in the Dallas area for over 30 years and in the most recent years opened a small store in Bishop Arts. Its a great place to inspire anyone who is interested in the art of photography. Wonderful selection of curated photography books, used film cameras that have been professionally inspected prior to being displayed for sale. You can buy film and get your film developed and scanned. Recently I have been taking film photographs of my kids on our trips and enjoying sharing the old fashioned way of taking pictures with them using an old Leica M, Rollei 35 or Minox GT-E. Photographique has developed and scanned our film. The communication and quality of work is excellent.

I used to live within walking distance from this lab but have since moved yet it’s still the only lab I use. They’ve treated me so well ever since I first came in 2021. Incredible team. Knowledgeable. Always willing to help. I’m very grateful to have them to lean on during my film photography journey. Thank you PHQ! <3

They did a great job developing my photos from film I brought in. Only problem I had with them was when I brought in my film they took my information down on paper and apparently typed it all in completely wrong into the computer. There was no verification of my info in store. I waited for almost 2 weeks with no word on my photos until I finally called and found out they had invoiced the wrong email, called the wrong number, and sent my negatives to the wrong address. Very unprofessional with no follow up when my invoice stayed unpaid for 2 weeks because I was unaware it was ready.

The team went above and beyond to correct a mistake. I called a few days before leaving to go back to Germany to ensure that I had enough time to get my photos printed. They assured me that if I put it in as a rush, that they could get the photos printed by the end of the next day. At 2pm the next day, I called to see if they were ready and they were not yet but they said that they would call. The day came and went and with packing, I forgot and then when I remembered, there was not much time. They did call me that day but I was on my way to the airport. They then went above and beyond to refund the rush fee that I was charged and they had to photos shipped to me in Germany. I didn't expect to actually receive them. It was a very nice surprise.

This is an old school Dallas photo lab, so refreshing to be there. They actually still sell camera film. Go figure, like that! I had an iPhone picture (top of Kilimanjaro) I wanted printed and framed. This is the only place in town I found that would give me personal attention, talk to me about what I wanted. They did a spectacular job printing an iPhone picture up to 16 by 20. And then I was introduced to Dave, their framer. He actually met with me, talked about my wants and preferences, delivered an A+ framed picture. I cannot praise these people enough.

Sent a roll of film here for development. They got my film processed and scanned in a few days. Even the lowest quality scans look great! Will be sending more film their way in the future 🙂

Fast and friendly service. Pricing seems reasonable. I had two rolls of film developed, along with the contact sheet, and negatives. I plan to go back and get some of the better photos scanned as soon as I have a few more rolls of film to develop. With film photography starting to make a comeback, this seems like a good place to visit. They appear to do printing and enlargements as well but I haven't used those services yet.
