Through This Lens

Lovely little gallery, with a very friendly owner. I really enjoyed browsing the photography inside and chatting. I always try to visit a local photography gallery on my travels, and Through This Lens is definitely a place I'd recommend popping by.

This frame shop/gallery hosts some of the most remarkable shows in contemporary photography in Durham. I really appreciate how the owner supports important artists like Doug Vuncannon. Keep up the good work!

They enlarged an old family photo for me. They did a beautiful job and charged a very fair price. They also spent a good bit of time explaining the process and my different options and made me very comfortable with the entire process. I highly recommend them!

Super knowledgeable owner, RoyLee and staff. Always a pleasure to talk to while working on a project. You're likely to learn something new about the art and science behind photography. Always interesting exhibits and very good quality of prints and more for creative projects. RoyLee was also able to make a replica of a product that was very much needed for a project necessary for textile industry.

The proprietor took his time and made sure all my questions were answered regarding printing and matting photographs. He showed me the shop in back as well.
