GR Studio Space

I’ve used this studio in the past and had great experiences, which made this most recent visit especially disappointing. Upon arrival, the space was extremely hot—87 degrees—due to a broken wall unit and a portable AC that had been moved in a way that caused it to blow hot air directly into the room. Despite being there for three hours, the temperature never dropped below 87, making the space almost unusable and creating an uncomfortable, inefficient working environment. On top of that, the floors were noticeably dirty, clearly not cleaned between rentals. We had planned for a full shoot, but due to the conditions, we were only able to get through one look and a few usable shots. Considering the time, coordination, and money that went into this shoot—not just the rental—the experience was incredibly frustrating. What made it worse is that I reached out to the owner directly in two different ways afterward and never received a response. As a returning customer who has had positive experiences here before, I expected at least some form of acknowledgment. I really want to continue bringing clients here because the space has potential, but I can’t do that if these kinds of issues go unaddressed and communication is nonexistent.

I always have an amazing experience at GR Studio Space! The prop selection is extensive and the communication with the Danielle is top-notch. I especially appreciate the variety of studios to choose from, each equipped with high-quality lighting equipment and set up. The constant addition of new studio set-ups makes the experience even more exciting. Additionally, the classes offered on lighting and more are incredibly valuable. I highly recommend GR Studio Space to anyone in need of a photography studio rental. Spread the word to your photography friends - this is the place to go!

GR Studio Space is an amazing space for photographers, videographers, events and more! You can rent by the hour, and the pricing is very reasonable. The studios are always clean and full of props to use for various shoots. I recently filmed videos in each one of the studios and was very impressed! Natural light photographers will love these spaces! Contact Danielle. She is very easy to get a hold of, and she will answer any questions you may have. Danielle has done an incredible job managing this studio space. Although I am a new renter, she made sure to get me right in with her as soon as possible for a tour so that I could begin working in there (as well as the other new renters). Each space comes with the essentials that one would need for a session as well as other props. Each space is SO clean and you can tell this is a well-run business. I would HIGHLY recommend GR Studio Spaces! Danielle has done an incredible job creating three beautiful studios that have amazing settings and just about anything you could think of. She is super responsive and clearly cares so much about the spaces and also the photographers that use them.

Was a perfect, last minute place to host a meeting as well as grab a few photos. I love how they have different settings for different types of shooting, will definitely be back again! Also, the owner danielle is very friendly and was a huge help

These studio spaces are so so so nice to have and the owner is an absolute PLEASURE to work with. I'm a local photographer and it's so nice to be able to extend these spaces to my clients. The hourly rental is super reasonable and you can also use them for yoga classes, meetings, etc etc. She really keeps these spaces nice. 5 stars!
